Այսօր կառավարությունը որոշում կայացրեց վճարել այն բնակիչների կոմունալների 50%-ը, ովքեր փետրվարին օգտագործել են 10 000 դրամից քիչ գազ և 5 000 դրամից քիչ էլեկտրաէներգիա: Թեև իշխանությունը փորձում է ամպագորգոռ հայտարարություններով ներկայացնել իր քայլը, սակայն սոցցանցերում արված գրառումներից դատելով՝ մարդիկ կրկին դժգոհ են իշխանության կայացրած ևս մեկ «հրաշալի» որոշումից: Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն էլ իրենց հերթին զարմացած են, թե ինչպես կարող են մարդկանց «հոգսը թեթևացնելուն» միտված ծրագրից բողոքել:

 

Ուշագրավ է, հատկապես, ԱԺ իմքայլական պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը այս կապակցությամբ. «ՀՀ գյուղաբնակ և քաղաքաբնակ հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ ձմռանը ոչ թե գազ կամ էլեկտրաէներգիա են օգտագործում, այլ փայտ և աթար, և այս մարդիկ, այո՛, օգտագործում են 10 հզ դրամից քիչ գազ և 5 հզ. դրամից քիչ էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Բացի այդ, այս քաղաքացիների զգալի մասը սոցիալապես խոցելի խմբերում է և նրանց համար 5 կամ 7 հազար դրամի աջակցությունը ևս կարևոր է։

Ահա թե որտեղից է առաջացել աջակցության 11-րդ ծրագրի 220,000 շահառուների թիվը, իսկ այդ ընտանիքներում ապրում է մինչև 600000 մարդ»,- գրել է նա։

Նկատենք, որ իշխանական պատգամավորը հայտնվել է զավեշտալի իրավիճակում. գրառման մեկնաբանություններում քաղաքացիները բազմաթիվ հարցադրումներ են արել, որոնք իհարկե, Պապոյանը փորձել է շրջանցել: Գրառումներում կարմիր թելով անցնում է այն գիծը, որ նախ փետրվարը ձմռան ցուրտ ամիսներից մեկն է և հետո հազվադեպ բնակիչներ կլինեն, որոնք այդքան քիչ գազ ու էլեկտրաէներգիա օգտագործած կլինեն, էլ չենք խոսում բազմանդամ ընտանիքների մասին:

Այսպիսով, կարող ենք ասել՝ այսօր 7500 դրամով որևէ ընտանիքի հոգս չեք թեթևացնի:
