«Առաջին գծում» նաև ոստիկաններն են
POLITICSՀամաճարակի այս օրերին ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում առանձնահատուկ ջերմությամբ եւ երախտագիտությամբ են արտահայտվում բուժաշխատողների հասցեին: Եվ դա լիովին արդարացված է: Սակայն հանուն արդարության պետք է նշել, որ «առաջին գծում» աշխատող այլ ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ ևս կան, որոնք գուցե ոչ բժիշկների չափ, սակայն դարձյալ վտանգում են իրենց առողջությունը: Նրանց թվում են նաև ոստիկանները, որոնք այս օրերին ապահովում են անվտանգությունն ու արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պահանջների կատարումը:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, դեռևս մեկ ամիս առաջ, երբ հայտարարվեց արտակարգ դրություն, ոստիկանությունում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանն առանձնահատուկ շեշտել է ոստիկանների՝ քաղաքացիների հետ շփման մշակույթի հարցը: Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեր լրագրողները Երևանի փողոցներում և Երևան մտնող «պոստերի» մոտ փորձել են մեր քաղաքացիներից ճշտել, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան այս առումով:
Ուշագրավ է, որ մշտապես ոստիկանությունից դժգոհելու սովորություն ունեցող մեր հասարակության զգալի մասը, ավելի ստույգ՝ մեր զրուցակիցների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը հատկապես ընդգծում էր ոստիկանների բարեկիրթ վերաբերմունքի մասին: Մեր լրագրողներն էլ մի քանի անգամ ականատես եղան, որ նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ որևէ քաղաքացի ագրեսիվ պահվածք էր ցուցաբերում օրենքի սահմաններում տուգանվելու կամ տուն վերադառնալու կոչի պատճառով, ոստիկանները պահպանում էին սառնասրտությունն ու քաղաքավարությունը:
Սա կարևորվում է հատկապես այն տեսակետից, որ այս օրերին, երբ շատերի նյարդերն են պրկված, ոստիկանների զսպվածությունը մեծ նշանակություն է ստանում:
