Մայիլյանը երկուսուկես ամիս աշխատանքի չի գնում
POLITICSՄարտի 31-ին Արցախում տեղի ունեցան նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որոնց արդյունքում 14 թեկնածուներից ոչ մեկը չհավաքեց Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսվող 50%+1 ձայն։
Ըստ այդմ, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 14-ին նախատեսված է նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը, որին մասնակցում են առավել ձայներ հավաքած երկու թեկնածուները՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը և Մասիս Մայիլյանը: Թեպետ քվեաթերթիկում նշված է երկու անուն, սակայն, ինչպես հայտնի է, Մայիլյանը փաստացի հրաժարվել էր երկրորդ փուլից՝ կոչ անելով ընտրողներին՝ չմասնակցել ասօրվա ընտրություններին:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Մասիս Մայիլ յանը, որը նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարն է, վերջին երկուսուկես ամիսներին աշխատանքի չի ներկայանում՝ բնականաբար համապատասխան թղթաբանության հիման վրա։
Արցախում, սակայն, խոսում են, որ էականն այն չէ, թե Մայիլյանի աշխատանքի չգնալը օրինական է, թե անօրինական: Մարդկանց տարօրինակ է թվում այն հանգամանքը, որ պետության համար նման գերկարևոր ու առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող նախարարությունը երկուսուկես ամիս ղեկավարվում է ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի կողմից։
Արցախում կեսկատակ-կեսլուրջ ասում են, թե նախարար Մայիլ յանը նախընտրական փուլում «դուրս է եկել նախարարությունից և մինչ օրս չի վերադարձել»։
