POLITICSԳալիս անլրջացնում եք նախագիծը, ուրիշ բան եք ներկայացնում, մարդկանց մոտ ուրիշ տպավորություն եք թողնում, հիմա ինչո՞ւ եք ասում մի ասեք այդպիսի բան, խորհուրդ մի տվեք։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 14–ին, ԱԺ–ում Քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագծի քննարկմա ժամանակ ասաց ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։
«Մի հատ հիշեք ձեր հարակից զեկուցումը, թե ինչ ձեւ գիտական նախագիծը անլրջացրեցիք, հետո ասեք՝ խորհուրդ տվեք կամ խորհուրդ մի տվեք։ Դա ի՞նչ հարակից զեկուցում էր, որ։ Ցանկացած նախագիծ այդ ձեւով գանք, անլրջացնենք, լինենք հարակից զեկուցող։ Հետո էլ նեղանում եք, որ ձեզ խորհուրդ են տալիս, ասում են մի արեք, բա մի՛ արեք։ Ուզում եք նորմալ կոնստրուկտիվ աշխատանք, կոնստրուկտիվ աշխատեք։ Դեմ եք, դեմ քվեարկեք, պարզ է, որ շատ եք, դեմ եք, դեմ եք քվարկում»,–ասաց նա։
Մարուքյանին արձագանքեց ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Դավթյանը. «Նախագծի էությունն ինչ եղել է, այն էլ ներկայացվել է։ Հարակից զեկույցով ես ներկայացրել եմ հանձնաժողովի դիրքորոշումը, ինչպես նաեւ հայտնել եմ իմ կարծիքն այս գաղափարի վերաբերյալ։ Գտնում ենք, որ դա այստեղ բերելու նախագիծ չէր եւ դրա համար էլ բացասական քվեարկել ենք, իսկ խորհուրդների դեպքում, երբ կդիմենք խորխդի, այն ժամանակ խորհուրդը կտաք»։
Մարուքյանի ելույթին արձագանքեց նաեւ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը. «Պարոն Մարուքյան, պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում չի լինում անլուրջ նախագիծ կամ նախագիծ, որի վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովի անդամները անլուրջ վերաբերոմունք են դրսեւորել։ Գործնական եւ կառուցողական մթնոլորտը պետարավական հանձաժողովում հանգցրել է նրան, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ, ովքեր նախագիծ ունենք, գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով փորձում ենք քննարկումներ կազմակերպել եւ լուծումներ ստանալ։ Արդյունքում գալիս ենք այստեղ եւ վերածվում է խնդիրը պարզապես ինչ որ քննադատության, որը որեւէ աղերս չունի այն աշխատաքնի հետ, որը մենք կատարում ենք, նախեւառաջ ձեր խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ»։
