Արդյո՞ք մարդիկ իսկապես վստահում են.
POLITICS«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ժողովրդով նստեց վարչապետ, հիմա ժողովրդին արհամարհում է»: Սա, ի տարբերություն իշխանավորների, պարգևավճար չստացող, տևական ժամանակ հարկադիր պարապուրդում գտնվող երթուղայինի վարորդի տեսակետն է: Երեկ երթուղայինների վարորդները բողոքի ակցիայի էին դուրս եկել՝ հայտարարելով, որ այլևս ի վիճակի չեն ընտանիք պահել, իսկ իշխանություններն անտեսում են իրենց, նաև իրենց նման բազմահազար մեր համաքաղաքացիների:
Հետևելով վերջին շրջանի հասարակական արձագանքներին, դժվար չէ նկատել, որ նշյալ վարորդի գնահատականը յուրատեսակ ամփոփումն է «հպարտ քաղաքացիների» գերակշիռ մեծամասնության առկա վիճակի ու իշխանությունների հանդեպ վերաբերմունքի:
Եթե հաշվի առնենք արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմով պայմանավորված սահմանափակումներն ու միևնույն ժամանակ դժվարին այս փուլում կտրուկ գործողություններ կատարելու անթույլատրելիության և հնարավորինս անցնցում առկա կացությունից միասնաբար դուրս գալու անհրաժեշտության գիտակցումը, հասկանալի է, որ առկա դժգոհություններն առայժմ կուտակվում են և արտահայտվում միայն սոցցանցերում:
Միայն գազի ու էլէներգիայի վարձավճարների հետ կապված հատվածական ու կիսատ-պռատ որոշման վերաբերյալ (ինչի մասին է խոսում նաև բուռն քննադատություններից հետո 30 տոկոս փոխհատուցման կոնյուկտուրային, բայց գովելի նոր որոշումը) տեղեկության արձագանքները չափազանց խոսուն են:
Այնինչ, նախօրեին վարչապետը գրառում էր կատարել, թե «մարդիկ վստահում են մեր վարած քաղաքականությանը»: Շատ փորձագետներ կարծիք են հայտնում, որ գործ ունենք իրականությունից իսպառ կտրվելու կամ պարզապես իրականության աչքերին նայել չցանկանալու հետ:
Ի դեպ, խոսքը միայն սոցիալական խնդիրներին չի վերաբերում, այլ ընդհանրապես տնտեսությանը: Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Աուդիտորների նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշում է.
«Որևէ քայլ չկա՝ բացի պոպուլիզմից ու ականջահաճո հայտարարություններից: Այժմ ներկայացվել են կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքների չեզոքացման փաթեթներ, որոնք որևէ տնտեսական ազդեցություն չեն թողնում և բիզնեսի համար որևէ օգտակար նշանակություն չեն կարող ունենալ»:
