Արշալույսներն այստեղ էլ խաղաղ չեն
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, 2018-ին ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխության օրերին առանցքային դերակատարություն ունեին քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իշխանություն ձևավորելու ընթացքում լիարժեք օգտվեց քաղհասարակության «կադրային բանկից»՝ թե՛ օրենսդիր, թե՛ գործադիր մարմիններ ձևավորելու հարցում, և ներկայումս, տարբեր հաշվարկներով, իշխանական թիմի 30-35 տոկոսը կազմում են քաղհասարակության կադրերը։
Սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ներկայումս քաղհասարակության սեգմենտն այդքան էլ գոհ չէ իշխանության մեջ գտնվող «իրենցականներից», քանի որ նրանց մեծամասնությունն արդեն կտրվել է իրականությունից՝ մոռանալով սեփական «արմատները», էապես վնասելով հասարակական սեկտորի համբավը։
Ներկայումս իշխանության մեջ գտնվում են մարդիկ, որոնք հենց քաղհասարակությունից են դուրս եկել, կրթվել, կայացել, մարդու իրավունքների, ժողովրդավարության ջատագով են եղել, սակայն ներկայումս ամեն ինչ մատնվել է մոռացության։ Նրանք առավելապես աչք են փակում իշխանությունների կողմից թույլ տրվող անօրինականությունների կամ կամայականությունների վրա, քանի որ հիմա իրենք են իշխանության մեջ:
Թերթի հետ զրույցում քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը նշել է, թե իրականում քաղհասարակությունը նույնպես միատարր չէ, այստեղ էլ կան «էլիտար» խմբեր, որոնք տարբեր հարցերում, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսավորման ու վճարման, տարբերակված մոտեցում են ցուցաբերում, մասնավորաբար «գերակա» համարելով նրանց, ովքեր, օրինակ՝ կրթություն են ստացել ոչ թե Հայաստանում, այլ արտերկրում:
