Հաղորդ լինելով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի առողջության առնչությամբ բժիշկների մասնագիտական կարծիքներին, կարևոր ենք համարում, որ արդարադատության իրագործման հետ մեկտեղ ձեռնարկվեն բոլոր կանխարգելիչ միջոցներն ու միջոցառումները, այդ թվում՝ խափանման միջոցի փոփոխություն՝ համավարակի այս շրջանում ապահովագրելու նրան առողջական վիճակի հետագա բարդացումներից։

Նման դիրքորոշում է հայտնել Ն․Ս․Օ․Տ․Տ․ Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը՝ NEWS.am-ի խնդրանքով անդրադառնալով փաստին, որ նոր կորոնավիրուսային ինֆեկցիայի համաճարակի կապակցությամբ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում իրականացվող կանխարգելիչ մարդասիրական միջոցառումների շարքում  է քրոնիկ կամ համակցված հիվանդություններ ունեցող և ռիսկային խմբում գտնվող կալանավորների խափանման միջոցի փոփոխությունը, մինչդեռ ռիսկի խմբում գտնվող՝  ԱՀ առաջին և ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը քննարկելու համար դատական նիստն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է տեղի չի ունենում և դեռ պարզ չէ, թե այն երբ տեղի կունենա։

Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից տրամադրված՝ Ն․Ս․Օ․Տ․Տ․ Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի դիրքորոշում-պատասխանը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև։

«Երկու օր առաջ ազգովի, աղոթքով միաբանված տոնախմբեցինք Սուրբ Հարության տոնը, որը դիմավորեցինք համավարակի այս ծանր ու դժվարին իրադրության մեջ։ Այդ առիթով Երկնավորից Ս․ Հարության շնորհների հայցի հետ մեկտեղ Մեր պատգամը հղեցինք աշխարհասփյուռ Մեր ժողովրդին՝ կարևորելով, որ հատկապես համավարակի վտանգի առջև մենք կարողանանք պահպանել մեր մարդկայնությունը, տերունապատվեր սիրով ու հոգատարությամբ շաղախել մեր կյանքն ու գործը, իսկ փորձությունից դուրս գալ ավելի ուժեղ, միասնական ու համախմբված՝ իբրև Քրիստոսին հավատարիմ հարուցյալ ժողովուրդ։

Մարդու աստվածապարգև կյանքը բարձրագույն արժեք է և դրա նկատմամբ հոգածու վերաբերմունքը յուրաքանչյուրիս պատասխանատվությունն է։ Համավարակի այս պայմաններում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում տեսնում ենք, որ մասնավոր ուշադրություն է դարձվում ազատազրկման վայրերում գտնվող անձանց,  ողջունելի քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում՝ հասարակության համար վտանգ չներկայացնողների ազատ արձակման և կամ խափանման միջոցների փոփոխության՝ զերծ պահելու նրանց վտանգավոր այս վարակից։ Նման հարցերում Եկեղեցու դիրքորոշումը խարսխված է սիրո, խնամքի և գթասրտության աստվածային պատգամի վրա, և այս առումով Մեր հորդորն է, որ հայրենի մեր իշխանությունները շարունակեն այս ուղղությամբ անհրաժեշտ քայլեր նախաձեռնել։ 

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, հաղորդ լինելով նախագահի առողջության առնչությամբ բժիշկների մասնագիտական կարծիքներին, կարևոր ենք համարում, որ արդարադատության իրագործման հետ մեկտեղ ձեռնարկվեն բոլոր կանխարգելիչ միջոցներն ու միջոցառումները, այդ թվում՝ խափանման միջոցի փոփոխություն՝ համավարակի այս շրջանում ապահովագրելու նրան առողջական վիճակի հետագա բարդացումներից»։
