Գյումրիում 2 ոստիկանի դանակահարելու կասկածանքով 2 անձ է ձերբակալվել
SOCIETY2020 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին՝ ժամը 14:50-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի «Հայուհու» հրապարակում ծառայություն իրականացնող երկու ոստիկան տեղափոխվել է «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ. ոստիկաններից մեկի մոտ ախտորոշվել է կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած, իսկ մյուսի մոտ՝ ձախ ազդրի միջին երրորդականի դրսային մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր:
ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ճանապահապարեկային ծառայության տեսուչը զեկուցագիր է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 08:00-ից, Ոստիկանության Գյումրիի բաժնի ծառայողները ծառայություն են իրականացրել Գյումրի քաղաքի «Հայուհու» հրապարակում:
Ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, «Միտսուբիշի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի և ուղևորի անվտանգության գոտիներն ամրակապված չլինելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված, իրավախախտումն արձանագրելու նպատակով, ոստիկանի կողմից կանգնեցվել է հիշյալ ավտոմեքենան: Ոստիկաններն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով վարորդին պարզաբանել են, որ նա երթևեկել է առանց ամրագոտիներն ամրակապելու՝ պահանջելով ներկայացնել վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականը, ավտոմեքենայի հաշվառման վկայագիրը՝ վարչական իրավախախտման արձանագրություն կազմելու համար: Ի պատասխան՝ նշված ավտոմեքենայի ուղևորն սկսել է հայհոյել ոստիկաններին, դուրս է եկել ավտոմեքենայից և ձեռքին եղած դանակով հարվածներ հասցրել ոստիկանության երկու ծառայողներին, ապա սկսել է դանակը թափահարել ներկա մյուս ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ՝ առերևույթ նրանց նկատմամբ գրծադրելով բռնություն, որից հետո վարորդի հետ փորձել են փախուստի դիմել դեպքի վայրից, սակայն բերման են ենթարկվել Ոստիկանության բաժին և ձերբակալվել:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի (իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը) 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
