Պարետի որոշմամբ՝ կարգելվի մարդկանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքն ու ելքը Նորաշեն համայնք

ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի որոշմամբ՝ մինչեւ ապրիլի 18-ը ժամը 23։59-ը սահմանափակումներ են կիրառվել Արարատի մարզի Նորաշեն hամայնքում։

 

Պարետի որոշումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ.

«1) ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի մարզի Նորաշեն համայնքում կիրառել հետեւյալ սահմանափակումները՝

Ա) Համայնքի (բացառությամբ Ֆանտան վարչական բնակավայրի) վարչական սահման մուտք գործելու եւ վարչական սահմաններից ելք կատարելու հատուկ ռեժիմ՝ արգելելով անձանց եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքն ու ելքը, բացառությամբ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների, պարագաների, սննդամթերքի, դեղորայքի, վառելիքի մատակարարման.

Բ) Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված Նորաշեն համայնք մուտք գործելու սահմանափակման համար բացառություն սահմանել մինչեւ 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ը ժամը 24։00-ն Նորաշեն համայնքում մշտական բնակության իրավունք ունեցող կամ փաստացի բնակվող անձանց մուտքը.

Գ) Հատուկ ռեժիմի իրականացումն ապահովելու համար ՀՀ ԱԱԾ եւ Ոստիկանության կողմից սահմանված վայրերում տեղադրել հատուկ անցակետեր եւ զննման կետեր՝ Նորաշեն համայնքի վարչական տարածք թույլատրվող անձանց ու տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննումն իրականացնելու նպատակով։

2) ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Արման Սարգսյանին, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման իրականացումը։

3) Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարկման պահին եւ գործում է մինչեւ 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ը՝ ժամը 23։59-ը»,- նշված է պարետի որոշման մեջ։
