SOCIETYՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել ՀՀ Ոստիկանության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես նշվում է. «Ոստիկանության հարգելի՛ ծառայողներ և վետերաններ, ՀՀ դատախազության և անձամբ իմ անունից սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրվա առթիվ, որը մասնագիտական տոն լինելուց առաջ նախ համակարգի կայացվածության և մեր պետականության ամրապնդման, ներքին անվտանգության ակունքներում վերջինիս կանգնած լինելու խոսուն վկայությունն է: Ձեր ներդրումը մեր երկրում ժողովրդավարության, իրավակարգի և օրինականության, քաղաքացիների շահերի ու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, հասարակական կարգի պահպանման առաքելության մեջ դժվար է գերագնահատել: Առաքելություն, որ Ոստիկանությունն այսօր իրականացնում է պատվի և պատասխանատվության մեծ զգացումով՝ արդարորեն վաստակելով մեր հանրության վստահությունը, հարգանքն ու պատկառանքը: Հատկապես ներկայիս ժամանակաշրջանում հասարակության ուշադրության կենտրոնում էր արտակարգ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված քաղաքացիների հետ ոստիկանների ամենօրյա անխոնջ աշխատանքը: Դրա շնորհիվ, մեր աչքի առջև, նաև ի դեմս շարքային ոստիկանի ու ոստիկանության սպայի, հիրավի, վերարժևորվում է նոր, իր ժողովրդի հոգսով ապրող, նրան սրտակից ու կարեկից, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հանուն համընդհանուր բարօրության՝ սեփական առողջությունը վտանգի տակ դնելով օր ու գիշեր իրեն վերապահված դիրքում, հենակետում իր պարտականություններն արժանապատվորեն կատարող հանրային ծառայողի կերպարը:Այսպիսի գնահատանքն, անշուշտ, ոչ միայն գոհանալու, այլ նաև ավելի պատասխանատվությամբ գործելու ազդակ է, որովհետև սահմանվում է աշխատաոճի, մարդկանց հետ հաղորդակցության, համակարգի առջև դրվող խնդիրների լուծման մի նոր, ավելի բարձր նշաձող, որն ամեն օր հաղթահարելու կարևորությունը, վստահ եմ, գիտակցում է յուրաքանչյուր ոստիկան: Մենք միասին կանգնած ենք հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի առաջնագծում: Իրավախախտումների, հանցագործությունների կանխարգելումը դրանց դեմ անողոք և անզիջում պայքարը շարունակում է մնալ մեր ընդհանուր առաջնահերթությունը: Այս խնդրի լուծման ճանապարհին իրավապահ բոլոր օղակների միջև ներկայումս ձևավորված համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը երաշխավորում է այդ պայքարում մեր՝ այլընտրանք չունեցող շարունակական հաղթանակը: Ոստիկանության սիրելի՛ աշխատակիցներ,Կրկին շնորհավորելով մասնագիտական այս գեղեցիկ տոնի առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ առաջին հերթին բնականոն ծառայություն և անդադար ձեռքբերումներ ինչպես անձնական ու ընտանեկան կյանքում, այնպես էլ ձեր բարդ, պատասխանատու և պատվաբեր աշխատանքում՝ հանուն մեր պետության և ժողովրդի բարօրության, անվտանգության և հանուն մեր վերելքի անխափան երթի»:
