Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 31-ամյա բնակիչը որսորդական հրացանով կրակել է ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ. վարորդը մահացել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն բացահայտել է Ծովագյուղ-Շորժա-Վարդենիս ճանապարհի 29-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածում կատարված սպանությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
«2020թ. ապրիլի 17-ին` ժամը 10:20-ին, «Ճամբարակի Բ/Կ» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ դեպի Շորժա տանող ճանապարհին՝ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ, հրազենային վնասվածքով դիակ կա:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ապրիլի 17-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 00.00-ից 01.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Ծովագյուղ-Շորժա-Վարդենիս ճանապարհի 29-րդ կմ հատվածում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 31-ամյա բնակիչը իր անվամբ հաշվառված «ՄՌ-155» տիպի որսորդական ողորկափող հրացանով կրակել է «Պորշ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով ստացված մարմնական վնասվածքներից նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը տեղում մահացել է:
31-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է: Հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող որսորդական հրացանը ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին:
Նշանակվել են համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ: Կատարվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
