SOCIETYՇիրակի մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է․
«Պարետի ապրիլի 18-ի թիվ 45 որոշման համաձայն՝ վաղվանից մինչև ապրիլի 25-ը Շիրակի մարզի Անի համայնքի Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրերում կիրառվելու են հետևյալ սահմանափակումները՝
- Սահմանել բնակավայրերի վարչական սահման մուտք գործելու և վարչական սահմաններից ելք կատարելու հատուկ ռեժիմ` արգելելով անձանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների մուտքն ու ելքը՝ բացառությամբ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների, պարագաների, սննդամթերքի, դեղորայքի, վառելիքի մատակարարման և գյուղատնտեսական ու այգեգործական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով անձանց տեղաշարժի և Մ1 միջպետական ճանապարհով ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի երթևեկության.
- Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված գյուղատնտեսական և այգեգործական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու նպատակով անձանց ելքն ու մուտքը թույլատրվում է միայն Անի համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից ստորագրված և կնքված՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված ձևանմուշի առկայության դեպքում.
- Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված՝ Մ1 միջպետական ճանապարհով ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի երթևեկության վերահսկման նպատակով, ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրերի ներսում սահմանել վերակարգեր և բացառել երթևեկող տրանսպորտային միջոցների կանգ առնելը Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրերի վարչական սահմաններում.
- Սույն կետի «ա» ենթակետով սահմանված Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրեր մուտք գործելու սահմանափակման համար բացառություն սահմանել մինչև 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ը՝ ժամը 22:00-ն՝ թույլատրելով Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրերում մշտական բնակության իրավունք ունեցող կամ փաստացի բնակվող անձանց մուտքը
- Հատուկ ռեժիմի իրականացումն ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից սահմանված վայրերում տեղադրել հատուկ անցակետեր և զննման կետեր՝ Մարալիկ և Ձորակապ բնակավայրերի վարչական տարածք թույլատրվող անձանց ու տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննումն իրականացնելու նպատակով»։
