SOCIETYՀանրային հեռուստաընկերության կողմից վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հորդորով վարչապետի ուղերձը բաց կապուղիով մյուս հեռուստաընկերություններին տրամադրելն ամենևին էլ չի նշանակում, որ հեռուստաընկերությունը պետք է բաց կապուղի ապահովեր` սկսած նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներից: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է վարչապետի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը։
«Պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցումը ենթադրում է, որ մյուս հեռուստաընկերություններին բաց կապուղի պետք է հաղորդվեր եթերից բացառապես վայրկյաններ, այլ ոչ 5,10,15 կամ 20 րոպե առաջ։
Այնինչ պարզվել է, որ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը, առանց վարչապետի աշխատակազմին տեղյակ պահելու, առնվազն 15 րոպե առաջ բաց կապուղի է ապահովել մյուս հեռուստաընկերությունների համար։
Վարչապետի լրատվական ծառայությունը բաց կապուղու մասին տեղյակ է եղել ուղերձից 20 վայրկյան առաջ, տվել է ուղիղ եթերի համար անհրաժեշտ հետհաշվարկը, որից հետո մեկնարկել է ուղերձը։ Ավելին՝ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությանը տեղեկացվել է, որ նախքան վարչապետի ուղերձի մեկնարկը, եթերում լինելու է միայն լուսանկար, այդ թվում՝ բաց կապուղում։
Տեղի ունեցածը վկայում է, որ փորձնական հեռարձակումը այլ հեռուստաընկերություններին հասանելի դարձնելը ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի արդյունք է, քանզի ոլորտի սկսնակ մասնագետներն էլ տեղյակ են, որ հեռարձակումը փորձարկում են նախապես, մինչեւ վարչապետին տեսախցիկի առաջ հրավիրելը։
Խիստ թափթփված աշխատելաոճի վկայություն է նաեւ վարչապետին տեղյակ չպահելը, որ նա եթերում է՝ թեկուզ փորձնական։ Միայն գործից անտեղյակը կարող էր ենթադրել, որ բաց կապուղի այլ հեռուստաընկերությունների համար անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել ուղերձից 15 րոպե առաջ։
Վարչապետի աշխատակազմը պատշաճ պարզաբանումներ է ակնկալում հեռուստաընկերությունից` տեխնիկական փորձի կադրերի արտահոսքի վերաբերյալ»,– գրել է նա:
