ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացրել է ուսանողներին տրվող աջակցության մանրամասների մասին:

«Հակաճգնաժամային 14-րդ միջոցառման շրջանակներում աջակցություն կցուցաբերենք ուսանողներին, հետեւյալ սկզբունքով.

1. Պետական բուհերի առկա համակարգի բակալավրիատի, մագիստրատուրայի եւ օրդինատուրայի 90 եւ ավել ՄՈԳ ունեցող եւ ավարտական կուրսում գտնվող ուսանողների կիսամյակի ուսման վարձերը կառավարության կողմից կվճարվեն 100 տոկոսով։ 90 եւ ավելի ՄՈԳ ունեցող ոչ ավարտական կուրսերի ուսանողների կիսամյակային ուսման վարձերը կվճարվեն 75 տոկոսով։ Ավարտող ուսանողները ովքեր ուսվարձի պարտք չունեն կարող են հրաժարվել աջակցությունից կամ ստանալ գումարը՝ եթե այն վճարվել է ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից։ Իսկ եթե ավարտող ուսանողի վարձը վճարվել է ուսանողական վարկի միջոցով, գումարը կուղղվի վարկի սպասարկմանը։ Այսպիսի գումարները կօգտագործվեն այլ ուսանողների վարկավորելու համար։

2. Ուսանողական վարկերի տրամադրման ընթացակարգը կպարզեցվի։ 80-ից բարձր ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողների գործող եւ նոր տրվող վարկերի տոկոսները 2020 թվականի համար կզրոյացվեն՝ այդ թվում պետության կողմից հավատարմագրում ունեցող բուհերի ուսանողների համար։

3. 80-ից ցածր ՄՈԳ ունեցող ուսանողների համար վարկերի տոկոսները կսուբսիդավորվեն 5 տոկոսով, այսինքն վարկերը հասանելի կլինեն 4 տոկոսով։

Նշեմ, որ ուսանողները վարկի մայր գումարը սպասարկում են բուհն ավարտելուց հետո»,- գրել է  նա։
