Արդյոք հնարավո՞ր է իմանալ՝ մարդը նախկինում վարակված եղե՞լ է
SOCIETYՀաճախ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ մարդիկ կարող են, օրինակ՝ վարակված լինել կորոնավիրուսով, բայց անգամ չիմանալ այդ մասին, և վիրուսը, հանդիպելով մեր օրգանիզմի դիմադրությանը, ընկրկի: Այս օրերին հատկապես սոցցանցերում մարդիկ հետաքրքրվում են՝ հնարավո՞ր է իմանալ՝ մարդը նախկինում արդեն վարակվե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ: «Փաստը» հարցում էր ուղարկել առողջապահության նախարարությանը՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե կորոնավիրուսի ներկայիս թեստերը հնարավորություն տալի՞ս են պարզելու ոչ միայն տվյալ պահին մարդու մոտ վարակի առկայությունը, այլ նաև այն, թե արդյոք վերջինս շատ ավելի վաղ եղե՞լ է վարակված:
Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ի պատասխան մեր հարցման նշել է, որ «Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության հայտնաբերման նպատակով նախարարության կողմից լաբորատոր հետազոտությունն իրականացվում է ՊՇՌ (պոլիմերազային շղթայական ռեակցիա) մեթոդով, որը թույլ է տալիս գենային մակարդակում հայտնաբերել հիվանդության առկայությունը՝ անգամ վիրուսի նվազ չափաքանակների պարագայում»:
Քանի որ խիստ մասնագիտական տերմիններով այս պարզաբանումը հանրության առավել լայն շերտերին ընկալելի դարձնելու կարիք ուներ, դիմեցինք առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ խնդրելով առավել հանրամատչելի բացատրել:
«Փաստին» նախարարությունից փոխանցեցին՝ վերը նշված մեթոդը թույլ է տալիս մարդու օրգանիզմում հայտնաբերել վիրուսի առկայությունը կոնկրետ տվյալ պահին:
