Հղկաթուղթ. աշխատանքայինից՝ երաժշտական գործիք
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՀղկաթուղթը (ժողովրդական լեզվով՝ շուշաթուղթ) զմռնիտի փոշով պատած թուղթ է և նախատեսված է մետաղե, ապակե, փայտե, քարե կամ այլ իրեր հղկելու, փայլեցնելու և մաքրելու համար: Սովորաբար հղկաթուղթը օգտագործվում է այն դեպքում, երբ անհրաժեշտ է ինչ-որ նյութի մակերեսից հեռացնել ոչ մեծ քանակի շերտ կամ անհարթություն:
Դա անհրաժեշտ է այն պատճառով, որ մակերևույթը դառնա ավելի հարթ, հեռացվեն հին ներկի (կամ այլ նյութի) շերտերը, կտրվածքների անհարթությունները, սոսնձի հետքերը և այլն, որպեսզի մակերևույթը զերծ լինի խորդուբորդություններից և պատրաստ լինի սոսնձման, ներկման, պաստառապատման կամ այլ գործողությունների համար: Աշխարհում պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ հղկաթուղթ ստեղծել են 13-րդ դարում Չինաստանում:
Այն իրենից ներկայացրել է կտավի կտոր, որին կպցրել են խեցու կոտրտված կտորներ, ավազ և սերմեր: Նշենք, որ հնում որպես հղկաթուղթ օգտագործվել է նաև շնաձկան կաշին: Հետագայում հղկաթուղթ ստանալու համար սկսել են օգտագործել ապակու կտորները և, որպես արդյունք, այն սկսել են անվանել «ապակեթուղթ» (շուշաթուղթ): Ապակեթղթի առաջին մասսայական արտադրությունն իրականացվել է 1833 թվականին Լոնդոնում Ջոնի Օկեի ընկերության կողմից:
Օկեին հաջողվել է ստեղծել ապակեթղթի արտադրության նոր ձև և սոսնձման մեթոդ, որն էլ հնարավորություն է տվել իրականացնել այդ նյութի գործարանային արտադրություն: 1834 թվականի ամռանը ԱՄՆ-ում Այզեկ Ֆիշեր-կրտսերի կողմից արտոնագրվել է հղկաթղթի արտադրության գործընթացը:
Նույն երկրում «ЗМ» ընկերության մասնագետները 1916 թվականին ստեղծել են անջրաթափանց հղկաթուղթը, որը ներկայումս ավելի շատ հայտնի է Wetordry անվանումով և նախատեսված է ավտոներկի կրկնակի հղկման համար: Լինում են նաև հղկաթղթեր, որոնց մակերեսին զմռնիտի փոշին խառնված է չոր ծեփոնի հետ: Նման հղկաթուղթը ավելի երկար է օգտագործվում:
Այդ ալ յումինիումի օքսիդի և նատրիումի ստեարատի խառնուրդով հղկաթուղթը հայտնի է PS 33 անվանումով: Հղկաթուղթ ստանալու համար զմռնիտի փոշին ամրացվում է թղթի վրա տարբեր կպչուն նյութերի և սոսինձների օգնությամբ: Երբեմն հղկաթուղթը նկարիչների կողմից օգտագործվում է որպես կտավ գեղանկարչության մեջ: Իսկ ահա Լերոյա Անդերսենի՝ «Հղկաթղթի բալետում» այդ նյութը օգտագործվում է որպես երաժշտական գործիք:
