«Իրատես». Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միակ հերոսը Սերժ Սարգսյանն է
POLITICS«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Արդեն անտանելի են դառնում երկրի վարչապետի ամենօրյա ու ամենժամյա սպառնալիքները, իր խոտանված, տապալված քայլերի, անլուրջ պահվածքի պատճառով «լայվ» անելն ու հաթաթաներ տալը։ Նախօրեին հերթական բռնկումն էր։
Եթե իշխանությունը մի ուղերձի նկարահանումը չի կարող նորմալ գլուխ բերել, ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը դրա համար նորից անդրադառնում «վնգստացող» դատավորներին, գողացածը կոպեկ-կոպեկ հետ բերելուն, դղյակներ խլելուն եւ հավերժական ՍԴ-ին։ Վերջիններս ի՞նչ մեղավոր են, որ քո թիմում չկան վստահելիներ։ Ոչ մի ուժեղ իշխանություն չի կարող ձախողվել նախկինների «մնացորդների» պատճառով։
Պետք չէ սեփական ձախողումները վերագրել նախկին ռեժիմին կամ նրանց ժամանակներից պետական ապարատում աշխատող մարդկանց։ Եթե պետությունն իր տեղում է, համակարգը, ինստիտուտները ճիշտ աշխատում են, ոչ մեկը չի կարող դուրս գալ պետության դեմ։
Սակայն եթե նախկինում թալանի, կոռուպցիայի, հակահեղափոխության մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոցաշունչ ելույթները հանրային որոշակի շերտի ականջն էին շոյում, այսօր դրանք ոչ միայն ոչինչ չասող բառեր են, այլեւ միայն հարցեր են առաջացնում։ Քաղաքացին իրավացիորեն պնդում է, որ «մուրճն» էլ, «մանգաղն» էլ Փաշինյանի ձեռքում են, ողջ օրենսդրական դաշտն էլ սեփական քիմքին հաճո փոխում ու վերաձեւում են, էլ ի՞նչ է ուզում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որ կարողանա կառավարել։
Հնարավոր չէ անընդհատ թիրախներ գտնել ու անհաջող կառավարման մեղքը նրանց վրա բարդել։ «Եկել է պետական ապարատը Սերժի մնացորդներից մաքրելու ժամանակը»,- նախօրեին կրկին հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը։ Հայտնի անեկդոտի հանգով՝ այս մարդն ուրիշ հերոսի անուն չգիտի՞։ Ինչքան ժամանակ պետք է Սերժն ու իր «մնացորդները» քեզ համար հերոս լինեն։ Իշխանափոխություն արեցիր` Սերժ Սարգսյանին ու «մնացորդներին» դարձնելով ազգի թշնամիներ, իշխանափոխությունն ավարտվեց, ամեն ամիս մի քանի անգամ էլի այդ «հերոսները» դառնում են մեղավոր չհաջողված այս կամ այն քայլի համար։
Տպավորություն է, որ եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը չլինի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը մեկ օրում կտապալվի, նրա իշխանության ամենաամուր հենասյունը Սերժ Սարգսյանն է։ Միշտ կա նա, ում վրա կարելի է բարդել չհաջողված կառավարման մեղքը։ Անգամ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կառավարման շրջանում սեփական թիմակիցները նրան այսքան չէին «հերոսացնում», ամեն հարցում այսքան մեծ ուժի գործոն չէին դարձնում, ինչն ամեն վայրկյան անում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Ավելին` Սերժ Սարգսյանի գովազդով ոչ ոք այնքան չի զբաղվել, որքան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Իսկ քաղաքականությունում, ինչպես հայտնի է, սեւ PR-ն էլ PR է»:
