«Ժողովուրդ». Ինչու զինդատախազի որդիները չեն ծառայել բանակում

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազ, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Վահե Հարությունյանը 3 որդի ունի: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին տեղեկություններ հասան այն մասին, որ, ու հայտնի չէ, թե ինչ պատճառաբանությամբ կամ ինչ հիմքով: Փորձեցինք հարցերի պատասխանը ստանալ զինվորական դատախազ Վահե Հարությունյանից, սակայն նա, լսելով մեր հարցը, ասաց՝ դիմե՛ք լրատվական բաժին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կապվեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժին, որտեղից հայտնեցին. «Ձեր ունեցած տեղեկությունները մեծ չափով իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Նախ՝ զինվորական դատախազը ձեր նշած զորակոչի տարիքի որդի չունի: Երկրորդ՝ նրա որդիները հաշվառված են պահեստազորում, նրանք զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատվել են՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, անհրաժեշտ հետազոտությունների եւ հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված՝ զինվորական ծառայության հետ անհամատեղելի առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով: Ընդ որում՝ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում նշել, որ այդ ընթացքում Վ. Հարությունյանը չէր զբաղեցնում ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի պաշտոնը, ինչը փաստում է, որ անհիմն են նրա պաշտոնեական կարգավիճակի հետ կապելու բոլոր փորձերը: Իսկ իրավական հիմքերի վերաբերյալ հավելյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար, կարող եք դիմել իրավասու պետական մարմնին՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ վերջինս է «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի իմաստով հանդիսանում տվյալ տեղեկատվությունը տնօրինող մարմինը»:
