Արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում մեղմացվել են չմարված հարկային պարտավորությունների նկատմամբ տույժերը
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովն իր այսօրվա՝ ապրիլի 22-ի արտահերթ նիստում 107 կողմ 0 դեմ ձայներով ընդունել ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի ներկայացրած օրինագիծը, ոով առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել հարկային օրենսգրքում:
Ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում է մեղմել կորոնավիրուսի տարածման տնտեսական հետևանքները եւ ամրագրել, որ ժամկետանց հարկային պարտավորությունների համար տույժի հաշվարկը ժամկետանց յուրաքանչյուր օրվա համար 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 20-ից հետո 0.075 տոկոսի փոխարեն հաշվարկել 0.04 տոկոսի չափով:
Հաջորդ փոփոխությունը վերաբերում է հետեւյալին. այժմ գործող կարգավորումներով, եթե 5000 հազար դրամից ավելի հարկային պարտավորություն է կուտակում տնտեսվարողը, հարկայինը իրավունք ունի հարկ վճարողի գույքի վրա արգելանք դնելու մասին հանձնարարագիր հրապարակելու:
Այժմ առաջարկվում է արգելադրման համար օրենսգրքով սահմանված հարկային պարտավորությունների 500 հազար դրամ չափը 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 20-ից հետո փոխարինել 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամով: Ընդ որում, նշված չափը հաշվի է առնվելու 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 20-ից հետո արգելադրման գործիք կիրառելիս»,-ասաց Մելքումյանը՝ հավելելով, որ 9800 սուբյեկտ նման արգելանքի տակ է եղել վերջին 2 տարիների ընթացքում, դա տնտեսվարողների մոտ 10 տոկոսն է:
