Ռուսական լրատվականներից պարզ է դառնում, որ ռուս պաշտոնյաներն իրենց երկրում առաջիկա ամիսների համար կանխագուշակում են տնտեսության ահռելի անկում և տասնյակ միլիոնավոր գործազրկություն: Թե՛ միջազգային, թե՛ տեղական փորձագետները նշում են, որ տնտեսական ճգնաժամը Ռուսաստանում դրսևորվելու է ամենածանր հետևանքներով: Աճում է հանցավորությունը, որն ուղիղ կապ ունի արդեն սկսված սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների հետ:

«Փաստ» թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ ՌԴ-ում տիրող ընդհանուր վիճակն անմիջական ազդեցություն է ունեցել նաև ներկայումս ՌԴ մի շարք քաղաքներում արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած մեր շատ հայրենակիցների վրա, որոնք տևական ժամանակ է՝ հարկադիր պարապուրդի են մատնված, ավելին՝ առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում աշխատանքի ոչ մի հույս անգամ չունեն։ 

Թերթի հետ զրույցում ՌԴ-ում աշխատանքի մեկնած մեր հայրենակիցներից մեկը նշել է, որ ՌԴ մեկնած և ներկայումս գործազրուրկ գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքացիները սպասում են, որպեսզի ՀՀ տարածքում արտակարգ դրությունը վերանա՝ հայրենիք վերադառնալու հնարավորություն ունենալու համար։ 

Ի դեպ, կան նաև մարդիկ, որոնք փետրվարի վերջին են մեկնել արտագնա աշխատանքի և երկու ամիս է՝ ոչնչով չեն զբաղվում, ավելին՝ անգամ չեն կարողանում տուն վարձել և բնակվում են բարեկամների տանը։

Սա մտահոգիչ է թե՛ այդ մարդկանց վիճակի առումով, թե նաև դրա հետ կապված շղթայական խնդիրների տեսակետից, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ՀՆԱ-ի 25 տոկոսը կազմում են օտարերկրյա տրանսֆերտները։
