«Մի կարևոր հարց այս օրերին դուրս մնաց ձեր ուշադրությունից:
Երեկ ՔՊ գրասենյակում տեղի է ունեցել իշխող կուսակցության վարչության նիստը: Քաղաքական առումով հերթական ինչ-որ մի միջոցառում, որը, սակայն ամբողջությամբ այլ երանգ ունի արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում:
Ըստ իրենց պաշտոնական կայքի, վարչության անդամների թիվը 21 է, ու, ըստ մամուլի, բոլորը ներկա են եղել նիստին: Կռահելի է նաև, որ բացի բուն անդամներից ներկա են եղել գրասենյակի աշխատակազմի և անվտանգության ծառայության բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ, առնվազն +15:
Այս հավաքը ոչ պառլամենտական էր, ոչ կառավարական, չէր բխում ներկաների պաշտոնեական գործունեությունից. այն կուսակցական էր:
