«Ժողովուրդ». Ոստիկանության նոր ռազմավարությունը պատրաստ է․ երբ կդադարի գործել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին» եւ «Ոստիկանության մասին» օրենքի նախագծերի փաթեթը պատրաստ է։ Այն մինչեւ այժմ հանրային քննարկման էր դրված E-draft տեղեկատվական համակարգում եւ այժմ վերջնական տեսքի է բերվել։
Նշենք, որ այն կազմվել է արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից եւ բխում է 2020-2022 թվականների գործողությունների ծրագրով։ Ռազմավարությամբ նախատեսվում է, որ նոր պարեկային ծառայությունն իրականացնելու է Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության և պարեկապահակային ծառայության գործառույթները, և գործընթացը սկսվելու է պարեկների պատրաստման հատուկ ծրագրից, որն հաջողությամբ անցնելու դեպքում վերջիններս կնշանակվեն ծառայության պաշտոններին։ Նշենք, որ պարեկային ծառայության համալրումն իրականացվելու է բաց մրցութային կարգով։
Համաձայն Ռազմավարության՝ նախատեսվում է, որ «Պարեկային ոստիկանություն» ծառայությունը առաջին կադրերի համալրումից և ղեկավար անձնակազմի հրամանագրումից հետո գործարկվելու է Երևան քաղաքում, ապա Շիրակի և Լոռու մարզերում և ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, մինչև պարեկային ոստիկանության ամբողջական գործարկումը Հանրապետության մյուս մարզերում շարունակելու են ծառայություն իրականացնել ներկայիս պարեկապահակային ծառայության աշխատակիցները և «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի ծառայողները՝ համաձայն իրենց աշխատանքը կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի պահանջների։
Իսկ ամբողջ հանրապետությունում պարեկային ծառայության ներդրման հետ մեկտեղ կդադարեցվի «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» և պարեկապահակային ծառայությունների գործունեությունը»։
