Գիտեք, այս խեղաթյուրված մեկնաբանությունը քննարկելը, կարծում եմ, նույնիսկ պատիվ չի բերում մեզ, որովհետեւ շատ լավ գիտենք պատմությունը: Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Օրվա հերթապահը» հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Էրդողանի խոսնակ եւ գլխավոր խորհրդական Իբրահիմ Քալըմ-ի հայտարարությանը, թե հայ-թուրքական արձանագրությունների ստորագրումն իրենց կողմից Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղությանը եւ կայունությանն ուղղված քայլ էր, որ  Հայաստանը մերժեց։

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նեւ նշել է. «Հայաստանն իր կողմից ներդրում էր կատարել, որպես պետություն, որը ներկայացնում էր ցեղասպանություն վերապրած ժողովուրդ, իր կողմից ներդրում էր կատարել՝ այդ գործընթացը մինչեւ վերջ տանելով առաջ։

Եվ Դուք շատ լավ հիշում եք, որ դա շատ համազգային, խորը եւ շատ դժվար քննարկումների առարկա էր։ Եվ այդ ամենն իրականացնելով՝ մենք ինչի՞ն հանգեցինք։ Հանգեցինք նրան, որ Թուրքիան, իրականում, ուղղակի պատուհանից դուրս նետեց այդ ամենը։ Եվ սա նորից ի ցույց է դնում այն, որ այդ վտանգը խորքային է։ Եվ մնացած այդ մեկնաբանությունները, որ արվել են, արդեն համադրում են, ավելի են խորացնում ժխտողականությունը, որովհետեւ ժխտողականությանը նաեւ միանում է ցեղասպանության արդարացումը։ Այդ ամենը միասին դառնում է անպատժելիություն եւ վտանգ»:
