ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է կաշառք ստանալու հերթական դեպքը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հետեւողական եւ անզիջում պայքար մղելով կոռուպցիոն տարաբնույթ դրսեւորումների դեմ եւ հավատարիմ լինելով դրանք արմատախիլ անելու որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը, կոռուպցիայի հակազդմանն օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է «Ստանդարտների եւ չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակիցների կողմից կաշառք ստանալու հերթական առերեւույթ դեպքը։

 ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ստացված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն, պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող՝ «Ստանդարտների եւ չափագիտության ազգային մարմին» ՓԲ ընկերության զանգվածի եւ անկյունագծային չափումների լաբորատորիայի վարիչը, օժտված լինելով ստորաբաժանման աշխատանքների ղեկավարման, համակարգման եւ կազմակերպման պարտականություններով, պատասխանատու լինելով զանգվածի եւ անկյունագծային չափումների ոլորտի չափման միջոցների ստուգաչափման աշխատանքների պատշաճ կատարման համար, խախտելով «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 29-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված արգելքը՝ ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման առնչությամբ, պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող նույն լաբորատորիայի մասնագետների հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, չափման միջոցների ստուգաչափումներ իրականացնելուց հետո իրավաբանական անձանց եւ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար նախատեսված հաշիվ-ապրանքագրերով դուրս գրված պարտադիր վճարներից բացի, ձեռնարկատերերից 2019թ. կեսերից մինչեւ 2020թ. ապրիլի 23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ծառայության գծով թողտվության դիմաց՝ ստուգաչափման արդյունքներում հայտնաբերված խախտումները չարձանագրելու եւ ընդհանուր բարեհաճ վերաբերմունքի համար, ստացել են տարբեր չափերի կաշառք: Իրականացված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հավաքված կաշառք գումարներից հիշյալ ՓԲ ընկերության լաբորատորիայի վարիչին հասանելիք բաժինը նրան ենթակա աշխատակիցները փոխանցել են վերջինիս՝ իր աշխատասենյակում, որի ժամանակ նշված անձինք բերման են ենթարկվել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Կաշառքի առարկան հայտնաբերվել եւ առգրավվել է, կաշառք ստացող անձինք խոստովանել են հանցագործության կատարումը։

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործով, կաշառք ստացած պաշտոնատար անձինք ձերբակալվել են։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցառումներ կաշառք ստանալու հնարավոր այլ հանցադեպերը, կոռուպցիոն շղթայի մեջ ներգրավված այլ  անձանց բացահայտելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
