SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկութուններով, ժամը 16:20-ի սահմաններում նշված կենտրոնի թիվ 3 հատուկ հսկողության բաժանմունքից փախուստի է դիմել Իջեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 32-ամյա Արման Մանուկյանը:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, վերջինս դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ որպես անվտանգության միջոց, տեղավորված է եղել հատուկ հսկողության բաժանմունքում և փախուստի է դիմել զբոսնելու ժամանակ:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, նա ժամեր անց Նուբարաշենի հոգեբուժարանի աշխատակիցների կողմից բռնվել է Նուբարաշենի խճուղում և նրան մի կերպ են հոգեբուժարանի ծառայողները ճանաչել, քանի որ նա եղել է բժշկական դիմակով և անվտանգության ձեռնոցներով: Երևի մտածել է, որ այդկերպ իրեն չեն ճանաչել:
