Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը վատ սովորություններ ունի, որոնցից ամեն կերպ փորձում է  ազատվել, բայց չի կարողանում։ Ինչու՞. պատճառը ուղեղի հետեւյալ հինգ խորամանկություններ են։

 

Ուղեղը «այլ կարծիք ունի» ձեր մասին

 

Պատկերացրեք իրավիճակ. դուք շատ լավ գիտեք, որ վաղն առավոտյան կարեւոր քննություն պետք է հանձնեք, բայց միեւնույնն է մինչեւ ուշ գիշեր սոցցանցերում գրառումներ եք կատարում։ Իհարկե, դուք գիտակցում եք, որ պետք է քնել, որպեսզի վաղն առավոտյան ավելի թարմ ու սթափ ուղեղով քննություն հանձնել։ Պարզվում է, մեր եւ ուրիշների մասին մտածելիս ուղեղի տարբեր մասեր են ակտիվանում։ Սա հասկանալի է, քանի որ ուղեղը առաջին հերթին փորձում է բավարարել մեր սեփական պահանջները։

 

«Լավ» սովորություններ ձեռք բերելու եւ ֆիքսելու համար պահանջվում է մոտ տասը շաբաթ

 

Պատկերացրեք, որ մեկ-երկու հիմար ու վատ սովորություն ունեք, որից ցանկանում եք ազատվել։ Դուք որոշում եք նոր եւ ավելի ճիշտ սովորություններ ձեռք բերել։ Օրինակ, հավելյալ սնվելու փոխարեն, որոշում եք մարզվել ու շաբաթական երեք անգամ գնալ մարզասրահ։ Սակայն մարզվելը ձեր կյանքում իր տեղը կզբաղեցնի միայն մոտ տասը շաբաթ անց (ըստ որոշ ուսումնասիրությունների՝ 66 օր)։ Այս երկու ամսվա ընթացքում ձեր ճանապարհին բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտներ կարող են առաջանալ, բայց դրանք հաղթահարելուց հետո, դուք վերջապես կազատվեք վնասակար սովորություններից։

 

Կամքի ուժը սահմանափակ ռեսուրս է

 

Եթե  դուք հստակ որոշել եք, օրինակ, առավոտյան վազել, ապա ձեզ համար միակ խթանը կամքի ուժն ու մոտիվացիան է։ Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ որոշակի ժամանակահատված վազելուց եւ ընկերների մոտ պարծենալուց հետո, ցանկանում եք դադար առնել։ Պարզվում է, որքան հաճախ է մարդը դեմ գնում իր ցանկություններին, այնքան քիչ կամքի ուժ է մնում իր մյուս ցանկությունները իրականացնելու համար։ Հոգեբանության մեջ այս երեւույթն անվանում են «կամքի ուժի սպառում»։

 

Ուղեղն օգտագործում է ձեր հաջողությունները՝ իրեն գովելու համար

 

Գիտնականները կատարել են հետեւյալ փորձը։ Նիհարել ցանկացող կամավորներից կազմել են երկու խումբ, որոնցից առաջինին դրական տեղաշարժի դեպքում գովել են, իսկ մյուսներին՝ ոչ։ Հետո նրանց առաջարկել են ընտրել կամ խնձոր կամ շոկոլադե սալիկ։ Առաջին խմբի 85 տոկոսը. իսկ երկրորդ խմբի 58 տոկոսն է ընտրել շոկոլադ։ Նրանց, ում գովել են, հասկացել են, որ արժանի են շոկոլադե սալիկին, իսկ մյուսները խոնարհաբար խնձոր են կերել։
