Գերեզմանոցում կայանված ավտոմեքենայում հայտնաբերվել է 31-ամյա քաղաքացու դի. հարուցվել է քրգործ
SOCIETY2020թ. ապրիլի 27-ին՝ ժամը 08:35-ին, քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Կապան քաղաքի Բարաբաթում թաղամասում գտնվող գերեզմանոցում կայանված ավտոմեքենայում դի կա: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը նշված վայրում կայանված «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահում հայտնաբերել է Կապան քաղաքի 31-ամյա բնակչի դին` հրազենային վնասվածքով:
Կատարվել են մի շարք անհետաձգելի քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի և դեպքի վայրի զննություններ, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակի նման զենք, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի սրահում՝ մեկ հատ կրակված պարկուճ և մեկ հատ գնդակ: Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի (ինքնասպանության հասցնելը) 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
