Ռուս-բելառուսկան խաղ՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Մինչ Հայաստանում բոլորը զբաղված են սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով, «այո»-ի եւ «ոչ»-ի քարոզչությամբ, Հայաստանի շուրջ տեղի են ունենում իրադարձություններ, որոնք իրենց մեջ բավականին մեծ վտանգներ են պարունակում երկրի համար:
Խոսքը միայն ռուս-թուրքական առճակատման մասին չէ: Ռուս-թուրքական այդ առճակատման ֆոնին՝ ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները որոշակիորեն մղվել են երկրորդ պլան, սակայն տեւական ժամանակ դրանցում արձանագրված ջերմացման միտումները շարունակվում են: Առայժմ՝ անուղղակիորեն:
Ի՞նչ է այս փուլում ուզում Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանից, հայտնի է. անդամակցություն ԵՏՄ-ին: Ի՞նչ է ցանկանում դրա դիմաց Ադրբեջանը, նույնպես հայտնի է՝ ազատագրված տարածքներ եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Գրեթե հայտնիօ է նաեւ, որ Ռուսաստանը, ըստ էության, պատրաստ է «վճարել» այդ գինը, եւ արդեն երկու ամիս է՝ ռուսական քարոզչությունը զբաղված է դրա համար «հող նախապատրաստելով»:
Ահա այս պայմաններում նախօրեին բավականին ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է արել Բելառոըւսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն: «Բելառուսը պատրաստ է նպաստել ԵՏՄ-ում Ադրբեջանի շահերի առաջխաղացմանը: Ադրբեջանը եղել եւ մնում է Բելառուսի հուսալի բարեկամն ու գործընկերը»,-հայտարարել է Բատկան՝ պաշտոնական այցով Մինկում գտնվող Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալեւի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Ադրբեջանական ի՞նչ շահերի մասին կարող է խոսք լինել մի կառույցում, որին Ադրբեջանը չի անդամակցում: Ավելին, այդ կառույցի անդամներից մեկն Ադրբեջանի հետ փաստացի պատերազմական վիճակում գտնվող Հայաստանն է: Այսինքն՝ պաշտպանել Ադրբեջանի շահերը կամ աջակցել դրանց առաջխաղացմանը, նշանակում է ոտնահարել Հայաստանի շահերը: Սա է Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարության իմաստը:
Այս խաղի իմաստն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանն իր լծակներով փորձի ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի վրա՝ ազատագրված տարածքների վերադարձման նպատակով, Բելառուսն էլ Ադրբեջանի շահերը պաշտպանի ԵՏՄ-ում՝ մինչեւ վերջինիս լիակատար անդամակցությունը:
