Իշխանություն իր հեղինակության տակ ինչ-որ գաղափարական հիմքեր է դնում (իզմ), այն պաշտպանված դարձնելու, կենցաղային շահարկումից կտրելու համար։ Մեզ մոտ, ցավոք, այդպես չի։ Եթե նախկիններն իրենց լեգիտիմությունն ապահովում էին կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների, օլիգարխների միջոցով, առաջնորդում էին խմբային շահով և «ճշտով», ապա ներկաների լեգիտիմության աղբյուրը կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումներն ու նախկինների ստվերների դեմ պայքարն է։ Եվ երբ իշխանությունների հեղինակությանը հասցվում է հարված, զուգահեռաբար տեղի են ունենում նախկինների հետ կապված կոռուպցիոն ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունների մասին հրապարակումներ։ Այսպիսով՝ կարծես՝ ակնարկում են, որ եթե ներկաները հեղինակազրկվեն ու թողնեն պաշտոնները, ապա կգան հանցավոր նախկինները։ Արդյունքում՝ պաշտոնյային չի հետաքրքրում իր հեղինակությունը, իսկ հանրությունը ոչ միայն չի պահանջում հեղինակազրկվածի հրաժարականը, այլև ավելի ամուր է կանգնում հեղինակազրկվածի կողքին։ Եվ անուղղակի ընկալվում է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի իրական նպատակը իշխանությունը պահելն է, նախկինների վերադարձը կանխելը։ Երեկ Գավառում հայտնի դեպքերից տուժեցին ոչ միայն կռվի մասնակիցներն, այլև հարված հասցվեց իշխանությունների հեղինակությանը, քանի որ վերջիններս չկարողացան կանխել փոխհրաձգությունը, ծեծկռտուքն ու հիվանդանոցի ջարդը։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց, երբ միջադեպի վերաբերյալ հրապարակվեցին առաջին վերլուծություններն ու մանիպուլյացիաները, վարչապետի մամլո քարտուղարը Ֆեյսբուքի էջում կատարեց գրառում նախկին որոշ պաշտոնյաների ենթադրյալ հանցանքների մասին։ Արդյո՞ք այս շղթայական զուգահեռումն արվեց վերը նշված մարտավարության հանգույն՝ իշխանության հեղինակությունը պաշտպանելու համար։ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը իշխանությունների հեղինակության պաշտպանության տակ տեղավորելն ունի քողարկված վտանգ։ Երբ իշխանությունները մի օր լուրջ, գաղափարական, հայրենանվեր գործ անեն, մտադրվեն վերադարձնել Հայաստանից գողացվածը (օրինակ՝ ազգայնացնեն չեղած պարտքի դիմաց խլված գույքը, «Գազպրոմ-Արմենիան», երկաթուղին, լյուստրացիա ու վեթինգ անեն, Հայաստանից օտար-ռուսական զորքերը դուրս հրավիրելու որոշում ընդունեն, և այլն), ապա հանրությունը չի գնահատի իշխանությունների ազգանվեր քայլը, այն կկապի հեղինակության պաշտանության հետ։ Պարզ ասած՝ մարդը շղթայական իներցիայով կկարծի, թե լավ բանն արվում է իշխանությունը պահելու-պաշտպանելու համար, ոչ թե Հայաստանի և քաղաքացու ազատության, ազգային իղձերի իրականացման։ Այս մտածողությունը այլասերում է և՛ մարդուն, և՛ իշխանությունը։ Հետևաբար՝ շղթան պետք է կոտրել օր առաջ, քանի դեռ այն չի շահարկվել մեր ազատության թշնամիների (արտաքին-օտար ուժերի) կողմից։ Նման այլասերումները չեզոքացնելու համար պետք է իշխանության հեղինակության տակ գաղափարական հայեցակարգ, արժեքներ դնել, հրաժարվել հեղափոխական-հիստերիկ մեթոդաբանությունից, բոլորին հավասարեցնել օրենքի առաջ, օրենքը բարձրացնել ամենից վեր։
