POLITICSՔիչ առաջ հայտարարություն է տաածել ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը: Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև. «Վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակի երեկվա հայտարարությունների կապակցությամբ կարևոր եմ համարում տալ հետևյալ հստակ պարզաբանումները։ Ո՞րն էր խոսնակի հայտարարությունների (Փաշինյանի հանձնարարականի) երեկվա իրական դրդապատճառը։ Պատասխանը մեկն է՝ շեղել հանրության ուշադրությունը երկրի իրական խնդիրներից։ Սա ծանոթ ձեռագիր է, որը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ կիրառվել է այս երկու տարիների ընթացքում։ Նայելով նման դսևորումների ժամանակագրությանը, դժվար չէ նկատել, որ ամեն անգամ, բարդ իրավիճակներում հայտնվելիս, այդ մարդը դիմում է նույն գործելաոճին՝ ստեղծում կեղծ թիրախներ, սլաքներն ուղղում այլոց դեմ։ Այդ թվում՝ իմ։ Հանգամանքների բերումով վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձն այս երկու տարիների ընթացքում այդպես էլ չհասկացավ, որ իր գործը ոչ թե էժանագին լրատվական մանիպուլիացիաներն են, այլ՝ երկրի կառավարումը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ԶՊՄԿ-ում իմ առնչություններին, ապա դա իմ ընտանիքի վարկաբեկման փորձերի շարունակությունն է, ընդամենը այդքանը։ Ոչ մի իրական հիմք։ Իսկ հորս պատկանող բեռնափոխադրող ընկերությունը ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ սկսել է աշխատել հեռավոր 2014-ից։ Ղեկավարի թելադրանքով՝ խոսնակը հայտարարեց իբր իմ կողմից ձեռք բերված փայաբաժնի մասին։ Գիտեք, կա սուտ, կա մեծ սուտ և կա փաշինյանական սուտ։ Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը տեղյակ է իրականությանը, փայաբաժինների փոփոխության ողջ պատմությունը կատարվել է նրա անմիջական գիտությամբ։ Եվ ես որևէ անձնական հետաքրքրություն դրա մեջ չունեմ։ Կրկնում եմ՝ վարչապետը դա բոլորից լավ գիտի։ Մի քանի նկատառում ևս. Երկրում իսկապես ստեղծվել է բավական ծանր վիճակ՝ պայմանավորված համաճարակով և դրանից բխող տնտեսական խնդիրներով։ Ռիսկերի թերագնահատումը, հապաղումը մեզ կկանգնեցնի բարդ իրականության առաջ։ Մենք հասել ենք այն կետին, երբ մանիպուլիացիաներով այլևս հնարավոր չի լինելու ժամանակ շահել, հետաձգել խնդիրները, մոլորեցնել հանրությանը։ Երեկ Ազգային Ժողովում կատարվածը և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմռկեցուցիչ տեսարանները վկայում են կառավարման խորը ճգնաժամի մասին։ Գրագետ հակաճգնաժամային կառավարումը, հասարակական կոնսոլիդացիան այլընտրանք չունեցող հրամայականներ են։ Օգտվելով նաև որպես քաղաքացի իմ հարց տալու իրավունքից. ի՞նչ եք բանակցել և բանակցում Ղարաբաղի շուրջ։ Փուլայի՞ն, թե՞ փաթեթային տարբերակ։ Ակնկալվում է պարզ պատասխան։ Այս հարցադրումից հնարավոր չի լինելու խուսափել, եթե անգամ խոսնակը կրկնապատկի կեղծ հայտարարությունների չափաբաժինը»։
