Արտաքին քաղաքականության հերթական «լյապը»
POLITICSՇատ է խոսվել այն մասին, որ օրվա իշխանությունները, մեղմ ասած, չեն փայլում արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ ունեցած ձեռքբերումներով, և հաճախակի ենք բախվում թույլ տրվող «լ յապերի» ու բացթողումների հետևանքներին։ Արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտում բավականին թույլ է, հատկապես, խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության ճակատը, որտեղ, մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, գրեթե ոչինչ չի արվում, իսկ ձախողումները հաջորդում են միմյանց։
Հերթական խնդիրն ի հայտ եկավ՝ կապված Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ, երբ տարբեր քաղաքական բևեռներից հնչեցին բավականին կոշտ հայտարարություններ, որոնք վերը նշված խնդիրների մասին են վկայում։ Այս հարցում հատկապես ակտիվ էին եվրոպական խորհրդարանական կառույցները, որոնք տարբեր գնահատականներով ու հայտարարություններով հանդես եկան։
Նման հայտարարություններից մեկն ընդհանրապես դուրս էր մնացել համապատասխան օղակների ուշադրությունից։ Մասնավորաբար՝ Եվրոպական խորհրդարան-Հարավային Կովկաս պատգամավորական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարինա Կալյուրանդի հայտարարությունը, բացի եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի «դասական բնութագրիչներից», անհամեմատ կոշտ մեղադրանք է հնչեցրել ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ։
Որպես կանոն, Եվրահանձնաժողովը ներկայացնում է չեզոք գնահատականներ, իսկ տվյալ դեպքում գործ ունենք մի փաստի հետ, որը վկայում է, որ հայկական կողմը Կալ յուրանդի հետ, ըստ էության, չի աշխատել և չի ներկայացրել հստակ դիրքորոշում։ Հավելենք նաև, որ Արցախի ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ կոշտ գնահատականներ էին հնչեցրել նաև Ռուսաստանը, Ուկրաինան, Վրաստանը, Կանադան և այլ երկրներ ու միջազգային կառույցներ։
