Այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աներձագը՝ Հրաչ Հակոբյանը, մի ուշագրավ գրառում է կատարել՝ "բացահայտելով" Արթուր Վանեցյանին, փաստացի արձանագրելով, որ վարչապետի կողմից այնքան մեծարված ու գեներալ դարձված ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենն օտաերկրյա գործակալ է։ "Շատերը կասեն, որ եթե օտարերկրյա գործակալի թեմա կա, դա պետք է լուծվի քրգործերի կոնտեքստում: Բայց համաշխարհային պրակտիկան էսպես է. օտարերկրյա գործակալներին բռնում եւ դատում են, երբ ուզում են հավաքագրող երկրի հետ հարաբերություն փչացնել: Իսկ եթե ոչ, գործակալին չեզոքացնում են, որ նա ուղղակի չկարողանա գործել: Իսկ Հայաստանը չի ուզում հարաբերություններ փչացնել ոչ մի երկրի հետ"- "փայլուն" եզրակացության է հանգել Հրաչը։
Հասկացա՞ք, չէ, Հրաչի ակնարկի "անմեղությունը"։ Նա փաստացի ասում է՝ Վանեցյանը ռուսական շպիոն է, բայց նրան չենք դատում, որ ռուսները մեզ "թարս աչքով" չնայեն։
Նման կուռ "տրամաբանություն" ունեցող մարդուն ինչպե՞ս բացատրես, որ նրա էս հայտարարությունից հետո՝ եթե դրա բովանդակությունը ճիշտ է կամ նույնիսկ՝ սխալ, ռուսներն արդեն մեզ "թարս աչքով" են նայելու, որովհետև մտածելու են, որ Նիկլոը՝ Հրաչի բերանով, "ծակել" է իրենց ագենտին։
Այս հարցի մյուս կողմն այն է, որ Հրաչի "բացահայտումից" հետո իրավապահ մարմիններն արդեն պարտավոր են գործ հարուցել(կարծում եմ՝ Վանեցյանն էլ պետք է շահագրգիռ լինի)․ ի վերջո՝ եթե պարզվի, որ Վանեցյանը օտարերկրյա գործակալ է, պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի, հակառակ դեպքում՝ պատասխանատվության պետք է ենթարկվեն Հրաչը ու նրա միջոցով "սլիվ" անողները։
Օտարերկրյա գործակալին դատում են, մնացածը շոու է։
