«Իրատես». Բացի իշխանությունից բոլորն են մեղավոր
POLITICS«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանի այսօրվա իրավիճակը, մեղմ ասած, շատ անհանգստացնող է։ Ասել, որ իշխանությունը չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին, նշանակում է ոչինչ չասել։ Եվ դրսի մարտահրավերները, եւ ներսի անվերահսկելիությունն իսկական քաոս են ստեղծել։
Ու այս ամենն իրականացվում է արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում, երբ բոլոր ռեսուրսները պետք է գործադրվեին խիստ նպատակային։ Այնինչ, մենք երկու ճակատով էլ մեծ հարվածներ ենք ստանում։ Դրսից բացում են «խաղաքարտերը», մեզ հետ խոսում են պարտադրանքի, սպառնալիքի լեզվով, ներսում էլ դիմադրողականություն բացարձակ չկա։ Արցախի հիմնախնդրի շուրջ վտանգավոր զարգացումներ, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների աննախադեպ սրված վիճակ, երկրում քրեական մթնոլորտի ահագնացում, Ռուսաստանում Երեւանից 40 տոննա մաքսանենգ ծխախոտ տեղափոխող ինքնաթիռի կալանում, անլույս մնացած մարդիկ, հասարակության ներսում հասունացող դժգոհության ալիք, իշխանության բացահայտ ուժի գործադրմամբ, առանց իրավական որեւէ նորմի, բիզնեսի խլում, այն է՝ կապիտալի վերաբաշխում, հայհոյող պատգամավորներ, որոնցից կառավարությունը խլում է անգամ վերահսկելու գործառույթը, ու դա խորհրդարանական երկրում:
Կարելի է երկար շարունակել, սա ընդամենը վերջին օրերի քրոնիկոնն է։ Միով բանիվ, պետական ոչ մի ինստիտուտ չի աշխատում, ոչ մեկն իր տեղում չէ։ Թվում է, թե անփորձ վարորդին մեքենա են վստահել, որն աջ ու ձախ պատերին է հարվածում, հազարավոր մարդկանց է վրաերթի ենթարկում, բայց ոչ մեկը չի կարող նրա ընթացքը կանգնեցնել, որովհետեւ կանգնեցնողին էլ անիվների տակ տրորում են։
Բայց ամենասարսափելին այն է, որ կառավարելու անընդունակ այս իշխանության համար բոլորը մեղավոր են, բացի իրենից։ Ժողովուրդը մեղավոր է, որ հավատացել ու ծանրակշիռ է համարել վարչապետը խոսքը, թե չեն անջատի իրենց լույսն ու գազը։ Մեղավոր են, պիտի կանխատեսեին, որ համակարգը կոլապսի կենթարկվի։ Եվ, իհարկե, հիմնական մեղավորը նախկիններն են, որոնք, օրինակ, կարող էին անգամ Գավառի վենդետան ծրագրել ու իշխանությանն անճար վիճակի մեջ դնել։
Կարելի է առաջիկա 2-3 տարում էլ ամեն ինչի՝ անգամ սատանաներին չհայտնաբերելու համար մեղադրել նախկին ռեժիմին, դրա մնացորդներին, սակայն դրանից երկրին պատուհասած վտանգները չեն չեզոքանալու։ Մեկ մարդու անգործության, անհամարժեքության պատճառով կարող է իշխանական ողջ համակարգը փլուզվել, ինչին այսօր ականատես ենք։ Իսկ այդ մարդու անունը բոլորին է հայտնի»:
