Գավառում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերի գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 15 անձի. ՔԿ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում՝ Գավառում երկու անձի սպանության եւ չորս անձի հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից բռնությամբ եւ գույքը ոչնչացնելով զուգորդված զանգվածային անկարգությունների դեպքերի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 15 անձի: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՔԿ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վերը նշված դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել էին քրեական գործեր՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանություն) 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի, 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասի, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 7-րդ կետերի, 185-րդ հոդվածի (գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը) 1-ին մասի, 225-րդ հոդվածի (զանգվածային անկարգություններ) 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, որոնք միացվել են մեկ վարույթում եւ նախաքննության կատարումը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ, իրականացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունների քննիչներից կազմված խումբը:
Քրեական գործով կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 15 անձի, որոնցից 13-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 1-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, 1-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ եւ 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով նախատեսված արարքներ առերեւույթ կատարելու համար: Հիշյալ 15 մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
Քրեական գործով եւս 3 անձի ձերբակալման որոշում էր կայացվել, որոնցից մեկը հայտնաբերվել եւ ձերբակալվել է :
