ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության բնակիչները ևս կարողանում են օգտվել ՀՀ կառավարության ու ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության նախաձեռնած՝ կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքների չեզոքացման 9-րդ ծրագրից, որով 26.500 դրամ աջակցություն է տրամադրվում մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքներին: Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ արցախցիները էլեկտրոնային դիմումներ են գրում, որպեսզի օգտվեն ծրագրից, սակայն մի մասի տյալները չեն գտնվում համակարգում: ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը պարզաբանում ստանալու համար զրուցեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Սոնա Մարտիրոսյանի հետ. «Մենք հստակ տեղեկություններ չունենք այն մասին, որ եղել են նման դեպքեր, սակայն կարող եմ ասել, որ զուտ տեխնիկապես դա բացառել չի կարելի, քանի որ կառավարության որոշմամբ որոշակի փոփոխություններ տեղի ունեցան աջակցության տրամադրման կարգում, այդ թվում՝ վերացվեց հաշվառման մասին տեղեկություններ ներկայացնելու պարտադիր պահանջը»,- ասաց նա: Նրա խոսքով՝ քաղաքացին դիմում ներկայացնելիս՝ այլևս չի նշում իր հաշվառման հասցեն, ըստ այդմ՝ եթե համապատասխանում է կարգով սահմանված մյուս բոլոր չափանիշներին, ապա ստացել է: Նշենք` 9-րդ միջոցառման շահառու են հանդիսանում բոլոր այն ընտանիքները, որոնց մոտ առկա է հետևյալ հանգամանքներից որևէ մեկը՝ երեխայի ծնողները չեն ունեցել գրանցված աշխատանք 2020թ. մարտի 12-ի դրությամբ և չեն ընդունվել ժամանակավոր կամ մշտական գրանցված աշխատանքի 2020թ. մարտի 12-ից մինչև 2020թ. մարտի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, երեխայի ընտանիքը 2020թ. մարտի 12-ի դրությամբ հաշվառված չի եղել ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում կամ ընտանիքի անապահովության միավորը ցածր է 28.01-ից, երեխայի ծնողները կամ ծնողներից մեկը 2020թ. մարտի 31-ի դրությամբ չեն հանդիսացել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր, ում գործունեությունը նույն ամսաթվի դրությամբ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով դադարեցված չի եղել:
