Փաստաբան Ամրամ Մակինյանն այսօր հայտնել էր, որ խուզարկություն է իրականացվում Ucom ընկերության նոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանի բնակարանում․

«Այս պահին խուզարկություն է իրականացվում Ucom ընկերության նոր տնօրենի բնակարանում: Առգրավվում են քրեական գործին չառնչվող և ընկերության ռազմավարական զարգացմանը վերաբերող փաստաթղթեր»։

ArmLur.am-ին այս առնչությամբ նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Մասնավորապես, մեր տեղեկություններով, «ռազմավարական զարգացմանը վերաբերվող փաստաթղթերի» թվում է նաև Beeline Armenia ընկերության փաստաթղթերը, բաժանորդների ցուցակները, աշխատավարձերի ցանկերը:

ArmLur.am-ը նախկինում գրել էր՝ «Բիլայն»-ի և «Յուքոմ»-ի միանալու դեպքում Եսայանի թեկնածությունը տնօրենի պաշտոնին չէր դիտարկվում, և սա այն դեպքում, երբ եղբայրները բաժնետերեր էին։ Այդ ժամանակ լուրեր էին շրջանառվում նաև, որ «Բիլայն»-ից Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանին է փոխանցվել ընկերության ներքին ինֆորմացիան, որպեսզի դրա դիմաց ստանան միավորվող ընկերության տնօրենի պաշտոնը: Ընդ որում, փոխանցված տեղեկատվությունն այն ժամանակ դեռ «Գալաքսի գրուպ»-ի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանն է քննարկել Beeline-ի տնօրենների հետ։

Եվ փաստորեն փաստաթղթերը պահվել են այժմ արդեն Յուքոմի տնօրեն դարձած Արա Խաչատրյանի մոտ, ինչն էլ հայտնաբերվել է իրավապահների կողմից խուզարկության ժամանակ: Խաչատրյանների մտադրությունները փաստորեն իրոք հեռու գնացող են եղել: Այս փաստաթղթերի հայտնաբերմամբ էլ հաստատվում է այն, որ Խաչատրյանները Անդրեյ Պյատախինին ցանկանում էին նշանակել Յուքոմի տնօրեն, որի դեպքում կունենային իրենցից կախված ղեկավար։ Սակայն փաստացի ամբողջ ընտանիքը այժմ հայտնվել է իրենց կողմից լարած թակարդում:
