Քիչ առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայողները Ucom ընկերության տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանի բնակարանում և ավտոմեքենայում խուզարկություն են իրականացնում: Այնուհետ պարզ դարձավ, որ խուզարկություն է իրականացվում նաև ընկերությունում, որտեղ գտնվում է նաև նոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանի աշխատասենյակը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում ուղիղ եթերում հայտնեց Արա Խաչատրյանի փաստաբաններից Ամրամ Մակինյանը: Նրա խոսքով` դատարանն Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը թույլատրել է խուզարկություն իրականացնել Արա Խաչատրյանի աշխատասենյակում, սակայն նրանք ապօրինի կերպով փորձում են խուզարկություն իրականացնել նախկին տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանի աշխատասենյակում: «Արա Խաչատրյանին ես խնդրել եմ այս ապօրինի գոծողությանը մասնակից չլինել և ներկա չգտնվել որևէ ապօրինի գործողության: Հիմա տեսնենք իրադարձությունները ոնց են զարգանում և լրացուցիչ կտեղեկացնենք»,- ասել է փաստաբանը: Factor.am-ը Ucom ընկերության նախկին տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինչ կարող են իրավապահները գտնել իր նախկին աշխատասենյակում: «Բայց եթե իմ նախկին աշխատասենյակն է… ճիշտն ասած ես նման տեղեկություն չունեմ»,- ասաց նա: Factor.am-ի հարցին՝ բացառում է, որ այնտեղից ուշագրավ փաստաթղթեր կայտնաբերվեն, Հայկ Եսայանն ասաց. «Ոչինչ չեմ բացառում, ոչ էլ ոչ մի բան ասում եմ: Այդ աշխատասենյակի հետ կապ չունեմ, արդեն 15 օր է այնտեղ չեմ գնացել»: Ի դեպ, այսօր ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի ընտանիքի փաստաբանները հայտնել են, որ ԱԱԾ են կանչվել Խաչատրյանի կինը և տղայի՝ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանի կինը: Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանին կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացվել՝ միջնորդությունը դատարանում է: Նարեկ Կիրակոսյան
