Պարետը սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ նոր որոշում է ստորագրել

ՀՀ պարետը որոշում է ստորագրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Կառավարության կայքից:

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի թիվ 298-Ն որոշմամբ`

1. Սահմանել արտակարգ դրության իրավական ռեժիմով պայմանավորված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների նկատմամբ կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումները՝ համաձայն հավելված N 1-ի:

2. Սահմանել սույն որոշման հավելված N 1-ի Աղյուսակ 1-ում չներառված (ժամանակավորապես չսահմանափակված) գործունեության տեսակներով զբաղվելու կանոնները։

3. Հաստատել կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) տարածման կանխարգելմանն ուղղված անվտանգության կանոնների իրազեկման թերթիկը՝ համաձայն Հավելված N 12-ի:

4. Սահմանել, որ սույն որոշման հավելված N 1-ի Աղյուսակ 1-ում չներառված (ժամանակավորապես չսահմանափակված) գործունեության տեսակներով զբաղվելու ժամանակ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի կողմից սույն որոշման 2-րդ կետով սահմանված կանոնները չպահպանելու դեպքում կիրառվում են օրենքով սահմանված պատասխանատվության միջոցներ:

5. ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանին՝ եռօրյա պարբերականությամբ Պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 18-ի Ց/10-2020 ցուցման համապատասխան Պարետին տրամադրել ընթացիկ տեղեկատվություն տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների գործունեության վերաբերյալ:

6. ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման Հավելված N 1-ի հետ կապված տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին պարզաբանումներ տալու գործընթացը։

7. ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավագյանին և ՀՀ սննդի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման կետ 2-ի համապատասխանաբար 1-5-րդ ու 8-11-րդ և 7-րդ ենթակետերով սահմանված կանոնների պահպանման նկատմամբ մշտադիտարկումը և վերահսկողությունը։

8. ՀՀ պետական մարմինների ղեկավարներին, ՀՀ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ղեկավարներին (առաջարկությամբ)՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման իրականացումը:

9. Ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել ՀՀ պարետի 2020 թվականի մարտի 31-ի N 27 որոշումը:

10. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 23:59-ին»:
