Հայաստանում այսօրվանից՝ մայիսի 4-ից սկսած տեղարշարժի թերթիկի անհրաժեշտություն այլևս չկա: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ պարետի որոշմամբ, սակայն, դեռ գործում է հանրային տրանսպորտի արգելքը:

 

Այս սահմանափակումը դեռ կգործի՝ նկատի ունենալով համավարակի տարածման հետ կապված հասարակական տրանսպորտի բարձր ռիսկայնությունը: Կգործեն միայն տաքսիները։

 

Հանվել են նաև տնտեսական գործունեության գրեթե բոլոր տեսակների վերաբերյալ սահմանափակումները: Մայիսի 4-ից գործում են բացօթյա ռեստորանները, սրճարանները: Անհատական ծառայությունները, որոնց խմբում են լվացման, մաքրման և չոր մաքրման ծառայությունները, վարսավիրանոցները և գեղեցկության սրահների գործունեությունը նույնպես թույլատրված են:

 

Բացվել է մշակող արդյունաբերությունը՝ բոլոր գործունեության տեսակներով: Բուսաբանական և կենդանաբանական այգիները և բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքները նույնպես բացվել են:
Սպորտային օբյեկտների գործունեությունը թույլատրված է՝ բացառապես պրոֆեսիոնալ մարզիկների մասնակցությամբ՝ սպորտային միջոցառումների անցկացման համար:
Սահմանափակումների վերացմամբ, սակայն, սպասվում է ավելի խիստ վերահսկողություն:

 

Հայաստանում տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների, ազատ տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումների վերացմանը զուգահեռ մի քանի ուղղություններով մշակվել են ուղեցույցներ, թե աշխատավայրերում ինչպիսի կանոններ պետք է գործեն: Դրանք կօգնեն գործատուներին ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպել կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքները: Կանոններն ու ուղեցույցները հրապարակված են կառավարության կայքէջում, նաև Covid19.gov.am կայքում: Սկզբունքները նույնն են բոլոր տեսակի գործունեությունների համար՝ աշխատողների միջև, հաճախորդների հետ շփվելիս ապահովել սոցիալական հեռավորություն, հիգիենիկ տարբեր միջոցառումների իրականացում՝ ախտահանումներ, օդափոփոխություն, ձեռքերի հաճախակի լվացում:

 

Այն դեպքերում, երբ աշխատողները կամ հաճախորդները կունենան ջերմություն, պետք է անպայման լքեն աշխատավայրը և դիմեն բժշկի: Մյուս կարևոր միջոցառումների շարքում է խոցելի խմբերի՝ 65 տարեկան և բարձր անձանց, ինչպես նաև քրոնիկ հիվանություններով տառապող անձանց հեռահար աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը՝ հնարավորության դեպքում: Տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունները պետք է աշխատեն բացառել ժողովների անցկացումները կամ փոքրաթիվ անձանցով պետք է անցկացնեն՝ նորից ապահովելով սոցիալական հեռավորությունը: Գործող բացօթյա սրճարաններում, ռեստորաններում մատուցողները պետք է կրեն պաշտպանիչ դիմակ, ձեռնոց:

 

Մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը սահմանափակված էր մարտի 24-ի ժամը 23:59-ից՝ Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով: Սահմանված էր անձանց պարտադիր ինքնամեկուսացում իրենց մշտական բնակության կամ իրենց նախընտրությամբ մեկ այլ վայրում՝ այլ անձանց հետ անմիջական շփումը սահմանափակելու և վարակի հնարավոր տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով: Սահմանվել էին բացառություններ՝անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի և տեղաշարժի թերթիկի առկայության դեպքում: Թույլատրված էր մի քանի տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների գործունեությունը, մարդկանց միայն կենսական անհրաժեշտ տեղաշարժը:

 

Հայաստանի կառավարությունն ապրիլի 14-ին կայացած արտահերթ նիստում ընդունել էր hանրապետությունում 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ին հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության ժամկետը 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ից ժամը 17:00-ից` 30 օրով՝ մինչև 2020 թվականի մայիսի 14-ը ժամը 17:00-ն երկարաձգելու որոշում։
