Քաղաքացին դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից զորացրված որդուն կրկին բնակության հասցեում հաշվառվելուն աջակցելու հարցում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

 

Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ որդին դիմել է տարածքային զինվորական կոմիսարիատ, որտեղ իրենից պահանջել են Ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումից ներկայացնել համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր, իսկ անձնագրային բաժանմունքում պահանջված փաստաթղթի տրամադրումը մերժվել է այն հիմնավորմամբ, որ արտակարգ դրությամբ պայմանավորված որևէ անձնագրային գործարք չի իրականացնում։

Քաղաքացին նշել է նաև, որ այդ հանգամանքով պայմանավորված որդին չի կարողանում կնքել աշխատանքային պայմանագիր, ինչի արդյունքում ընտանիքը հայտնվել է սոցիալական ծանր դրության մեջ։

Քաղաքացու ներկայացրած տեղեկությունները Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչը հեռախոսակապի միջոցով քննարկել է Ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության տարածքային անձնագրային բաժանմունքի պետի հետ։ Արդյունքում անձնագրային բաժանմունքի պետը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել լրացուցիչ ընդունել քաղաքացուն և ձեռնարկել խնդրի լուծմանն ուղղված անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ։

Ավելի ուշ քաղաքացին կրկին կապ է հաստատել Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցչի հետ և հայտնել է, որ որդին արդեն իսկ անձնագրային բաժանմունքից ստացել է անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը և ներկայացրել տարածքային զինկոմիսարիատ։
