SOCIETYCOVID-19-ի տնտեսական հետևանքները չեն շրջանցել նաև անշարժ գույքի շուկան.Կադաստրի կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 2020 թ. առաջին եռամսյակին անշարժ գույքի շուկայի վերլուծությունը, ըստ որի՝ շուկան համավարակի հետևանքով ծագած խնդիրներին արձագանքել է գործարքների թվի կրճատմամբ:
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Կենտրոն» անշարժ գույքի գործակալության տնօրեն Վահե Դանիելյանն անդրադարձավ նաև համավարակի մեկ այլ կանխատեսելի հետևանքի՝ շուկայում սպասվող գնանկումներին. «Այս տարվա ընթացքում անշարժ գույքի վաճառքի գները կիջնեն շուրջ 30 տոկոսով, վարձակալության գները՝ 50 տոկոսով:
Առաջին երկու ամսում արդեն գործարքների նվազման հետ կապված դինամիկան տեսանելի կլինի»:
Շուկայում միտումները բացասական են. Գործակալության տնօրենը ներկայացրեց նաև հիմնական պատճառները.
«Տուրիստներ չկան, իսկ տուրիստները բավականաչափ մեծ գումար էին բերում երկիր: Նրանց մեծ մասը մեր սփյուռքահայերն էին, որոնք նաև գույք էին ձեռք բերում. այս տարի դա չի լինելու, ՌԴ-ից մեծ տրանսֆերներ էին կատարվում Հայաստան, որը նույնպես կրճատվելու է, և այս ամենը բերելու է նրան, որ գների անկում կունենանք, այսինքն՝ անշարժ գույքի պահանջարկը կնվազի»:
Նա նաև ընդգծեց համավարակի հետևանքով առաջացած սոցիալական խնդիրների ուղիղ ազդեցությունը ոլորտի վրա. «Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ վարկավորումը բարձր է եղել վերջին երկու-երեք տարում, բավականաչափ վարկ է տրվել, ու, ինչպես հասկանում եմ՝ տուրիստական, սպասարկման ոլորտներում գործազուրկները կշատանան, հետևաբար՝ վճարումների խնդիրներ կլինեն. բանկերը կվերցնեն այդ գույքը, իրենք կհանեն վաճառքի, ինչը նույնպես կնպաստի գների անկմանը»:
