Սյուզաննա Բարսեղյանը ծնվել է 1982թ․-ի ապրիլի 29-ին, Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեվան գյուղում։

 

Կրթություն
1999-2003թթ. սովորել է Հայաստանի պետական ճարտարագիտական համալսարանի Սոցիալ-քաղաքական գիտությունների և ընդհանուր տնտեսագիտության դեպարտամենտում՝ ստանալով սոցիոլոգիայի բակալավրի աստիճան,
2003-2005թթ. սովորել է նույն համալսարանում՝ ստանալով սոցիոլոգիայի մագիստրոսի աստիճան,
2014-2020թթ. հանդիսացել է Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի հայցորդ: Պաշտպանել է թեկնածուական ատենախոսություն՝ «Էթնիկ մամուլի դերը հայկական սփյուռքում (էթնոսոցիոլոգիական հետազոտություն)» թեմայով:

Աշխատանքային գործունեություն
2004-2009թթ. աշխատել է Ռազմավարական և ազգային հետազոտությունների հայկական կենտրոնում՝ նախ որպես սոցիոլոգ, փորձագետ, ապա՝ հետազոտությունների ղեկավար,
2006-2007թթ. աշխատել է «Հույսի կամուրջ» ՀԿ-ում՝ որպես մոնիտորինգի և գնահատման պատասխանատու,
2010-2011թթ. աշխատել է «Այ Փի Էս Սի» Քաղաքական և սոցիոլոգիական խորհրդատվությունների ինստիտուտում՝ որպես սոցիոլոգ, տվյալների վերլուծաբան,
2011-2012թթ. դասավանդել է Խ. Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի Սոցիոլոգիայի և սոցիալական աշխատանքի ամբիոնում,
2012-2015թթ. աշխատել է Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանում՝ որպես Զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագրերի պլանավորման և ներդրման բաժնի պետ,
2015-2020թթ. հանդիսացել է Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի ասոցացված փորձագետ,
2011թ-ից առ այսօր ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի Սփյուռքի հետազոտությունների բաժնի գիտաշխատող է
2020թ. մայիսի 4-ին նշանակվել է Վարչապետի օգնական:
