Իշխանության «տանը» կռիվ է ընկել
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն, որով փորձում էին փոփոխություն կատարել Սահմանադրության անցումային կետերում, որպեսզի ազատվեն ՍԴ նախագահից ու 6 դատավորներից, առ այսօր մնում է օդում կախված։ Չնայած կորոնավիրուսային համավարակը արտաքուստ թեման «սառեցրել» է, սակայն իշխանամերձ որոշ անհատներ փորձում են այն պահել «ջրի երեսին»: Ավելին, ոմանք արդեն նույնիսկ Գավառի դեպքերն են կապում ՍԴ կազմը չփոխելու հետ:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, հանրաքվեի հարցը, բնականաբար, նաև իշխանությունների օրակարգում է մնում, և ըստ կուլիսներում պտտվող խոսակցությունների, մայիսի 14-ին ավարտվող արտակարգ դրությունից հետո թեման ամբողջ ծավալով դարձյալ կմղվի առաջին պլան։
Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, իշխանությունները և անձամբ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը բավականին վճռական են տրամադրված այս հարցում։ Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքերով, իշխանության ներսում քննարկումների հիմնական առանցքն այն է, թե՝ «տարբերակ չունենք, քանի որ համաճարակը շուտ չի վերանալու, անգամ կարող է 1-2 տարի տևել, չենք կարող «զադնի» դնել»: Սակայն այս առումով ամեն ինչ միանշանակ չէ:
Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, ստեղծվել է մի այնպիսի իրավիճակ, երբ իշխանությունում և մերձիշխանական սատելիտ «փորձագիտական» ու քաղաքական շրջանակներում տարբեր կարծիքներ են շրջանառվում. ոմանք կողմնակից են, որ իրավիճակը լուծվի ըստ օրենքի՝ հանրաքվեն անցկացնելով ժամկետների մեջ, հակադիր կարծիք ունեցողները պնդում են, որ հարցը պետք է կարգավորել արագորեն՝ ԱԺ շրջանակներում։ Այլ բառերով ասած՝ իշխանության «տանը» կռիվ է ընկել։
