Էրդողանի ու Գոլումի համեմատությունը վիրավորում է հենց Գոլումին. Սերժ Թանկյան

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի և հայտնի «Մատանիների տիրակալը» ֆիլմի կերպարներից մեկի՝ Գոլումի համեմատության պատճառով հարուցված դատական գործն ապշեցրել է աշխարհահռչակ ռոք երաժիշտ Սերժ Թանկյանին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Թանկյանը, Facebook-ի իր էջում կիսվելով այդ դատական գործի մասին հղումով, գրություն է թողել:
Գրության մեջ ասվում է. «Ձեր ներողամտությունն եմ հայցում այս շաբաթ Էրդողանի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներ անելու համար: Ռուսաստանն այսօր մեղադրել է նրա ընտանիքին ԻԼԻՊ-ի հետ նավթի անօրինական վաճառքի մեջ լինելու մեջ: Ես այդ մասին հոդվածի փոխարեն հրապարակում եմ սա, որը շատ զվարճալի է՝ իհարկե ոչ Թուրքիայում բանտարկված լրագրողների համար:
Ես երաշխավորում եմ, որ փորձագետ-ականատես Փիթեր Ջեքսոնը վստահաբար կվկայի, որ Էրդողանի համեմատությունը Գոլումի հետ վիրավորում է հենց Գոլումի կերպարը»:
Թանկյանի այս գրառումը հավանության է արժանացել շատ օգտատերերի կողմից:
Թուրքական դատարանը դատական փորձաքննություն է պահանջել՝ հասկանալուհամար, թե արդյոք «Մատանիների տիրակալը» ֆիլմի կերպարներից մեկի՝ Գոլումի ևնախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի համեմատությունը վիրավորական է: Այդընի՝քրեական հանցագործությունները քննող դատարանը դատական գործ էր սկսել այդընցի բժիշկ Բիլգին Չիֆթչիի դեմ: Նա 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերին հեռացվել էրԹուրքիայի հանրային առողջության ինստիտուտից այն պատճառով, որ հրապարակել էր մի «մեմ», որտեղ գրոտեսկային տեսքով հայտնի Գոլումը ներկայացված էր երեքկերպարով՝ ուտելիս, զարմացած և զվարճացած: Նկարի մյուս կողմում պատկերված էր Էրդողանը նման էմոցիաներ արտահայտելիս:
Դատական արդեն 4-րդ լսման ժամանակ դատավորը որոշում է կայացրել հատուկ փորձագիտական քննություն անցկացնելու մասին միայն այն բանից հետո, ինչՉիֆթչիի իրավաբանը հարցրել է նրան, թե արդյոք դիտել է ֆիլմը, և դատավորը խոստովանել է, որ այն տեսել է միայն հատվածաբար: Նոր որոշման համաձայն՝ գործիքննությանը կկցվեն երկու ակադեմիկոս, վարքագծի ուսումնասիրությամբ զբաղ վող երկու գիտնական կամ հոգեբան, ինչպես նաև կինոյի ու հեռուստատեսայինարտադրանքի փորձագետ, ովքեր կուսումնասիրեն, թե որքանով է այդ «մեմ»-ը վիրավորանք Էրդողանի հասցեին: Դատական հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա 2016թվականի փետրվարի 16-ին:
Բիլգին Չիֆթչին իր հերթին վստահեցրել է, որ Գոլումը վատ կերպար չէ, և որ ինքը ոչ ոքի չի վիրավորել: Եթե նրա դեմ մեղքը հաստատվի, ապա Չիֆթչինկդատապարտվի մինչև 2 տարվա ազատազրկման:
