«Ժողովուրդ». Վարչապետի առջեւ հարց են «դրել». կա՛մ Հարությունյանը, կա՛մ Հայրապետյանը
POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկությունների համաձայն, օր օրի ավելի է խորանում ՀՀ Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի եւ ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի փոխհարաբերությունները: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, անգամ ապրիլի 21-ին կայացած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության նիստի ժամանակ Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը հայտարարել է, որ պետք է որոշում կայացվի` կա՛մ ինքն է մնում իր պաշտոնին, կա՛մ նախարարը, քանի որ իրենք համատեղ նույն ոլորտում չեն կարող աշխատել:
Ըստ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի աղբյուրների՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարչության նիստի ժամանակ տեսնելով, որ իսկապես իրավիճակը թեժ է, Մխիթար Հայրապետյանին հորդորել է սպասել: Տեղեկություններ կան, որ հնարավոր է առաջիկայում վարչապետը կառավարությունում Հայրապետյանին ինչ-որ մի պաշտոնի նշանակի՝ այդկերպ լուծելով առկա լարվածությունը:
Նշենք, որ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, կարելի է ասել , «փակել» է բոլոր ինֆորմացիաներն օրենսդիրի համար ու կրթական բարեփոխումների առկա փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ ո՛չ Հարությունյանն է քայլեր ձեռնարկում, եւ ո՛չ էլ թույլ է տալիս, որ այդ բարեփոխումներն իրականացվի օրենսդիր մարմնի համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի կողմից, ինչի համար էլ նման լարվածություն է առաջացել Հայրապետյանի եւ Հարությունյանի միջեւ:
Armlur.am-ը փորձեց տեղեկությունը ճշտել ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, իմքայլական պատգամավոր Մխիթար Հայրապետյանից, որը հայտարարեց, թե չի ցանկանում որեւէ բան մեկնաբանել, իսկ եթե կա տարաձայնություն, ապա դա կապված է իրենց ոլորտում առկա քննարկումների հետ: Իսկ ՀՀ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն էլ լուռ լսեց մեր հարցը, այն տեղեկությունները, ըստ որի իր եւ Հայրապետյանի միջեւ առկա է լարվածություն, սակայն որեւէ պաշտոնական մեկնաբանություն չցանկացավ ներկայացնել՝ հայտարարելով թե ոլորտի հետ կապված քննարկումները բաց են, կարող ենք հետեւել դրան:
Այսպիսով, մնում է սպասել՝ հասկանալու համար, թե Փաշինյանը ինչ հանգուցալուծում կտա այս հարցին»:
