Կնշանակվի ծառայողական քննություն. ՊՆ խոսնակը՝ 9-րդ միջոցառումից օգտվողների մասին
SOCIETYՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Շուշան Ստեփանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում պարզաբանում է հրապարակել այն մասին, որ կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքների չեզոքացման 9-րդ ծրագրի շրջանակներում միանվագ՝ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար 26 500 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով, օժանդակություն է տրամադրվել 0-18 տարեկան երեխա ունեցող այն ընտանիքներին, որտեղ երկու ծնողներն էլ չունեն գրանցված աշխատանք։
«Նշված ծրագրից օգտված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների թիվը բավականին մեծ է, և այդ թվի մեջ ներառված են նաև ՊՆ համակարգի որոշ քաղաքացիական աշխատանք կատարողներ և զինծառայողներ։ Նրանց իդենտիֆիկացնելն աշխատատար և ժամանակատար գործընթաց է: Այժմ իրականացվում են ուսումնասիրություններ, կնշանակվի ծառայողական քննություն՝ տեղի ունեցածի պատճառները խորքային ուսումնասիրելու և անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու համար:
Մյուս կողմից՝ ՊՆ համակարգում բազմաթիվ են այն զինծառայողները և աշխատակիցները, որոնք, տեղեկանալով իրենց շահառու չլինելու մասին, ինքնակամ ցանկություն են հայտնել գումարը վերադարձնել գանձապետական համապատասխան հաշվեհամարին: Արդեն կատարվել են բազում հետ փոխանցումներ»,- գրել է Ստեփանյանը:
