Վեթթինգը հետաձգվում է. կշարունակեն «աշխատել» գործողների հետ
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ-ում գործող քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները, բավական մեծ թվով իրավաբաններ, ինչպես նաև հենց իշխանության մեջ գտնվող առանձին անհատներ գործող իշխանության կառավարման երկու տարիների ընթացքում հասցրել են հիասթափվել իշխանությունների՝ դատաիրավական համակարգում վեթթինգ իրականացնելու հետ կապված խոստումների չկատարումից։
Ավելին, դժգոհության ալիքն այնքան է մեծացել, որ երեկ այս հարցին ԱԺ-ում անդրադարձավ նաև վարչապետ Փաշինյանը՝ ընդունելով, որ «կառավարությունը 2019 թվականի ընթացքում չի կարողացել լուծել անկախ, վստահելի դատական համակարգ ունենալու հարցը»։ Որպես պատճառ նշվեց, թե իշխանությունները չեն ուզում ունենալ խամաճիկային դատարան, և թե իրենց նպատակն է, որ Հայաստանում լինի անկախ դատական համակարգ:
Սակայն, թերթի՝ կառավարության աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, իրականում «կառավարությունը դատաիրավական համակարգը քարուքանդ չի արել, չի ավերել» ոչ թե «արդարների շնորհիվ», իսկ իշխանություններն էլ երկմտում են ոչ թե վերոնշալ պատճառներով, այլ քանի որ գործող դատավորներին վեթթինգի ենթարկելու դեպքում կանգնելու են բավականին լուրջ փաստի առաջ. բանն այն է, որ, ըստ էության, չնայած իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ քանիցս հայտարարել են վեթթինգի «անհրաժեշտության» ու «ոլորտում օր առաջ կարգավորում մտցնելու մասին», սակայն չունեն դատավորների նոր բազա, որպեսզի վեթթինգ իրականացնելուց հետո նոր դատավորներ նշանակեն։
Ուստի, իշխանությունները շարունակում են «աշխատել» գործող դատավորների հետ՝ ում հնարավոր է՝ «իրենցով» անելու ճանապարհով:
