POLITICS«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Այն, որ իշխանությունը կորոնավիրուսի հետեւանքներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակի կառավարումն ամբողջությամբ տապալել է, վկայում է վարակակիրների օր օրի մեծացող թիվը։ Կարանտինային ռեժիմն ամբողջությամբ անհասկանալի ու անօգուտ շրջան դարձավ։ Ոչ մի էական խնդիր այդ ընթացքում չլուծվեց, մարդիկ մնացին տանը, տնտեսական վիճակը ծայրահեղ վատացավ, իսկ վարակը մեծ տարածում ունեցավ հանրապետությունով մեկ։
Հիմա իշխանությունը կանգնած է մեղավորներ փնտրելու եւ ձախողման համար պատասխանատուներ գտնելու խնդրի առաջ։ Եվ, ըստ «օդում կախված լուրերի», այդ մեկին գտել են` առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյան։ Այս պաշտոնյայի բազմաթիվ հակասական հայտարարությունները իշխանությունում դժգոհության մեծ ալիք են բարձրացրել։ Ներիշխանական քննադատություններն այս անձի շուրջ այնքան շատ են, որ դրությունը փրկելու համար Փաշինյանն առաջինը «կզոհի» հենց Թորոսյանին։
Պարզվում է նաեւ, որ առողջապահության նախարարից ազատվելու հարցը հասել է անգամ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպություն։ Կառավարությունում խոսակցություն է պտտվում, թե Արսեն Թորոսյանը Հայաստանում, այսպես ասած, ԱՀԿ-ի «ազդեցության գործակալ» է, եւ այս եզրահանգումը պատահական չէ։
Նախօրեին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զրուցել է ԱՀԿ-ի ղեկավարի հետ, վերջինս նրան հորդորել է Արսեն Թորոսյանին պաշտոնից չազատել։ Կանսա՞ այս պահանջ-հորդորին Փաշինյանը, թե՞ ոչ, առաջիկայում պարզ կլինի, բայց, այսպես թե այնպես, ձախողված կառավարման համար մեղավորներ են պետք, եւ քավության նոխազներ, անկասկած, կգտնվեն»:
