ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Շուշիի ազատագրման 28-ամյակի առթիվ.

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցնե՛ր,

1992 թ. մայիսի 8-ից 9-ը հայկական մարտական ուժերի ռազմական եզակի գործողության արդյունքում ազատագրվեց Շուշին՝ դառնալով Արցախյան ազատամարտի բեկումնային և անշրջելի հանգրվանը: Շուշին հայ ժողովրդի հավաքական երազանքների, ազատագրական պայքարի և քաղաքական արժանապատվության պսակն էր, Հայոց անկախ պետականության կերտման ճանապարհին վավերական արժեք:

Մեր հաղթանակն արդյունքն էր հայ ժողովրդի հավաքական նվիրումի, ռազմական տաղանդի և պայմանավորված էր պատմական արդարությունը վերականգնելու, հայ ժողովրդի քաղաքական իրավունքներն իրացնելու աներեր կամքով:

Շուշիի հաղթանակով ծնվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակը, որը շարունակում է լինել ազատ և անկախ Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը:

Մեր ազատագրական պայքարի խորհրդանիշ Շուշին այսօր, ավելի քան երբեք, հաստատում է այն ճշմարտությունը, որ մեր վերջնական հաղթանակը կոփվում է միայն համազգային միասնականությամբ, զարգացող և կայուն պետականությամբ:

Արցախյան ազատամարտով, հազարավոր հայորդիների արյամբ նվաճված Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունն անշրջելի է: Այն Արցախի, առհասարակ, հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության և զարգացման գրավականն է ու երաշխավորը: Արցախի ժողովուրդն իրացրել է իր քաղաքական կամքն ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, որը ենթակա չէ ո՛չ սակարկումների, ո՛չ զիջումների: Սա՛ է հզոր, արդար և միացյալ Հայաստան կերտելու ՀՅԴ տեսլականը:

Հայրենիքի ազատագրության մարտերում զոհված քաջորդիներ, մեր խոնարհումը ՁԵԶ:
