POLITICSԵս չեմ պատկերացնում, որ մի համակարգում, որտեղ Դուք շարունակում եք տարբեր հարթակներից փնտրել դավաճաններ և նվիրյալներ, պետք է մարդիկ աշխատեն և Ձեր ուզածով երկրի թալանածը հետ բերեն: Այս մասին ԱԺ նիստին Կառավարության 2019թ.-ի ծրագրի քննարման ընթացքում դիմելով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ասաց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անի Սամսոնյանը:
Դիմելով վարչապետին՝ Սամսոնյանն ասաց, թե վերջինս ասում է, որ համակարգում կան դավաճաններ, մինչդեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ունեցել է ժամանակ այդ խնդիրները լուծելու համար: «Օրինակ՝ պետք է շոկային, կտրուկ փոփոխությունների ենթարկեիք համակարգը, հեռացնեիք դավաճաններին: Դուք դա չեք արել: Մյուս տարբերակն այն էր, որ այնպիսի կառավարում իրականացնեիք, որ այդ դավաճաններին դարձնեիք նվիրյալներ, բայց հիմա «աչքի տեղն ունքն էլ եք հանում»: Մի համակարգում, որտեղ Դուք անհամերաշխություն եք սերմանում, ես չեմ պատկերացնում՝ ո՞նց եք պահանջում այդ համակարգից կարգուկանոն՝ այն էլ խայտառակ վարձատրությամբ»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
Նա նշեց՝ պետությունը պետք ունենա առաջնահերթություններ, ու եթե ՀՀ-ի համար առաջնահերթությունը պետությունից թալանածը հետ բերելն է, ինչո՞ւ են պարգևավճար ստանում մարզպետները՝ կոկորդիլոս բուծելո՞ւ, համայնքի ղեկավարի վրա հոխորտալո՞ւ համար:
«Երբ Դուք ասում եք՝ պետական համակարգի աշխատավարձերը խոստացել եք բարձրացնել, արդյո՞ք դա առաջին հերթին շռայլորեն վերաբերում էր Ձեր հեղափոխական թիմին, որովհետև եթե նրանք եկել էին իշխանության և իրենց թվում էր՝ իշխանությունը քաղցր բան է, հիմա այդ դառը հաբերը կուլ տալու համար Դուք նրանց պետք է ավելի շատ փող տաք, կներեք, բայց ես կարծում եմ, ազնիվ չէ, պարոն վարչապետ»,-ասաց Անի Սամսոնյանը:
Պատգամավորը, անդրադառնալով նախորդ տարի եղած հանցավոր դեպքերին՝ նշեց, թե 2019թ.-ին չի արվել այն նվազագույնը, որ մարդիկ Ոստիկանության գոյությունից զգաստանան:
Նա նշեց, թե խնդիրներ են եղել նաև սոցիալական ապահովության, կրթության ոլորտներում:
